Hotel lama, kamar besar, bisa untuk rame-rame. Suasana hotel gelap.

Diganti bed sheet pun masih tetap gatal, banyak binatang kecil-kecil, ada kecoa, kurang bersih.

Tempat yang strategis, lumayan untuk liburan sekeluarga, saatnya berkumpul untuk berlibur.

Bagus, pelayanan juga memuaskan.

Pilihan menginap yang sangat cocok karena fasilitas sangat lengkap, ada pusat kebugaran, kolam renang, pusat perbelanjaan, aneka kuliner, Taman bermain indoor, bioskop

Alhamdulillah sangat baik, walaupun pertama kali tinggal di daerah tersebut Alhamdulillah pelayanan sangat baik.

Tidak ada wifi dan handuk mandi. Gelas minum, gelas di wastafel juga tidak tersedia.

There was charge us rm 400 because that we have family about 8-9 person .. and we enjoy for the talk until morning. There are not refund us rm 200 deposit..and I am not returned 1 access card to them.. and all is not malaysia worker and speaking is not understanding. So shame with my family.. I promise I will not booking again.

we were greeted by a very rude staff who raised his voice at us. Because we do wish to swap rooms the next day as room was not available on the day we checked in. he yelled at us in the room stating that it's not his problem that we don't get the room we wanted. he was super impolite and we had to cancel our booking and stay.

Lokasi strategis, bersebelahan connect ke Mal Times Berjaya Square. Tidak ada lobby untuk tamu, kalau datang telpon ke contact person atau tanya security, nanti ketemu di dekat lift, baru di antar ke kamar. Apartemen lumayan luas, cocok untuk keluarga.

it's difficult to do the check in

I have been stayed in KL Bintang Suites for 3 nights. For me and my family, the location is really strategic. anytime we are hungry, just go down to berjaya times square or walk to Alor about 5 minutes. Its near pavilion, Lot 10, and Imbi Station. About the service is very comfortable and helpful. I am really recommend this place. Not disappointed !

Sangat nyaman dan aman serta cocok untuk menginap dengan seluruh keluarga karena berada diantara pusat perbelanjaan.

Pelayanannya sangat ramah dan karena kamar kosong bisa check in lebih cepat, untuk lokasi seharusnya dekat tapi karena ada pembangunan jadi harus mutar ke mrt

Ruangan besar tapi perabotan lama. Kamar mandi banyak rusak
