Ms. Rita is accommodating. She is very nice. The place is quiet, away from the busy streets.

For me, this is the best budget hotel in Baguio, near some attractions, and the surroundings were good, have a security guard.

The hotel is located near Wright Park, so you can enjoy strolling early or late in the evening. Everything was good with our 3D2N stay, but our only concern is their staff frequently called our room telephone, even in the middle of the night. It disturbed our sleep a couple of times. Hopefully, the hotel will minimize doing it unless it is indeed important or an emergency.

Sayang kase sa cr di maganda shower and mga kanto ng tiles nangingitim pero sa kwarto okay naman narelax naman kami happy din sa wifi malakas and mabilis. Di ko lang din bet yung breakfast adobo na my salad minatamis or di lng siguro ako sanay sa ganun lasa pero my kasama boiled egg and banana. Overall goods pa din. Recommended parin!

no complimentary bottled water upon arrival, we're not happy with the room, l, balcony is not clean, no rugs (doormats) at the cr...but the food is delicious, the ambiance at the lobby is very nice...

The room was spacious and comfy. Staff was extremely nice. Breakfast buffet selection was limited but the tapa tasted great. I love walking and enjoyed the stroll to nearby tourist attractions of Minesview (13 minutes but can take longer as it's uphill) and Botanical Garden (around 15 minutes). The biggest selling point of Ridgewood is the view which is perfect for nature lovers.

This is an affordable hotel with good service. Delicious food and friendly staff and especially the security guard. We are a regular guest here in Ridgewood since 2011

Negative: - wifi can't reach our room (room 2) so you need to get outside their sofa - tv has good reception but the cable wire is damaged and will fell off.. Positive: - very good quality and complete buffet breakfast. Appropriate for all age groups - nice ambiance, - complete and neat toiletries -and most importantly,very hospitable and snappy staff. - very good for dates and family

Wifi is not accessible in the rooms. Cable reception is poor. Food is pricey. No comforters provided, just layers of sheets that are not warm enough. Staffs are friendly and location is ideal if you want some peace and quiet on your Baguio stay.
