Extremely low level of customer service. The staff were lazy, rude, unhelpful and uncooperative. Would never ever use this hotel again. Very stressful experience!

We had a great time at siglo milano. i just want to commend the staff for being accommodating and helpful.... love the place it was clean and nice.

Floor was a little bit dusty and there are few remnants of party poppers inside the room. Please consider to provide indoor slippers for better experience.

We checked in for 1 night, upon check -in, First, there's no parking available so they told us to park at century mall that cost 500php overnight. Second, we cannot use the pool sadly its under repair / maintenance. Third, the television / cable is not working there's no signal so we called the reception hoping that they can fix it. According to them it is like a usual thing. We disregard that. Lastly, the next morning we called around 9am for breakfast if its going to be delivered or what. The reception told us that they called us a night before regarding the breakfast and no one answered according to them. So, whenever they have a guest and no one answered once they called a night before, guest will not be able to get the breakfast included or the guest will wait after 3 hours. We were out a night before to enjoy outside and came back late. No one followed up at the reception, at least should call us early morning about the said breakfast. We asked if we can have it but then they told us it will take 3 hours for us to have the breakfast included. Seriously? We said no thanks instead we ordered at jollibee way faster than their 3 hours. Staffs are not really accommodating.

The Hotel is new however, the room that we have stayed were not maintained well. the shower room has clog drainage and the response of the staff were slow.
