这是我目前为止住过的最好的水门酒店。员工非常热情周到。房间宽敞，床也很舒服。设施齐全，还有停车场。酒店提供矿泉水，每天都会打扫房间。步行即可到达水门购物中心、白金购物中心和中央世界购物中心。不过，需要缴纳1000泰铢的押金。但我觉得这完全可以接受。

我把行李落下了一天，他们发邮件通知我去斯彭扎酒店取。酒店的服务真的非常好。如果我再来曼谷，我还会选择这家酒店。

Hotel ini dekat dan memang di tengah-tengah wilayah Pratunam Market - Platinum Fashion Mall - Central World. Semua yang kita butuhkan di area sini sudah ada.

Staff-nya ramah dan baik. Lokasi strategis, bersih dan lain kali comeback ke sini lagi.

Hotel Spenza bersih dan sangat dekat dengan pusat belanja Pratunam, nyaman dan happy traveling di Bangkok.

Staff very nice and helpful. Room space quite big. Close to patrunam market and platinum shopping mall. Definitely will recommend this hotel to my friends who will come thailand!

Hotelnya bersih, air nya kencang. Di tengah-tengah Pratunam lagi. Jalan keluar 5 menit sudah sepanjang jalan banyak makanan dan transport MRT gampang dituju juga, tidak jauh jalan kaki ke MRT.

Good location, but wifi was very weak.

Because of one stain on a bedsheet, we have to pay for 590 bath. Will not stay at this hotel anymore. Hanya karena satu noda di seprai, kami harus membayar 590 bath. Tidak akan kami menginap lagi di hotel ini.

Staffs are very helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Receptionist can speak English well, they allowed for 1 hour late check out, hospitality from staff is very good.

It 's really affordable pricing and simple room. Nothing special or negative about it. If you just need a place to lay over near pratunam market. This is the place for you.
