this accommodation is cheaper but the environment in the hotel feel a bit scary.. walking distance to lee garden plaza about 900meter

Good hotel in decent location. But I am driving all the way from kl. When I get there, the parking is full due to a wedding reception going on. After going around the block 4 time I decide to park at roadside without parking sign just to check in. When at check in counter, the girl at reception and the bell boy told me its ok to park there and the police won't disturb. And the bell boy promise to me he will personally call my room to inform when the wedding reception is over and parking is available at basement. This is all at 1pm, at 6pm I decide to go for dinner and head down. I did not receive any call from anyone. To my surpise my car has been clamped by the police. When I asked the reception girl and bell boy they blame it on me for parking there. When I mention they told me its ok to park and he (the bellboy) even promised to call my room, he simply walk away from me. The girl simply told me she will help in dealing with police tomorrow morning. Police station in hatyai close at 6pm, so if your car is clamped you have to wait until tomorrow. So the next morning I get down and ask how do I settle with police, the bellboy simply told me to take tuktuk and go to police station, again shifting all blame on me. This time he doesn't even help opening the door for me, and walk away after telling me "take tuktuk, 100baht" im never going back to this hotel again

เช็กอินเข้าไปบอกเลยเสียความรุสึกมาก ห้องก็มีฝุ่นเยอะ นอนไม่ได้ หัวเตียงก็มีคราบอะไรก็ไม่รุ เชื้อราหรือป่าวก็ไม่รุนะ ยุไม่ได้ นอนไม่ได้ สรุปเช็กอินไว้ไห้กระเป๋าเสื้อผ้ายุแทน ส่วนตัวเราออกไปหานอนที่โรงแรมอื่น ควรปรับปรุงค่ะ

The room as an overall is clean and neat. We heard how it is actually an old hotel, which is fine, however the toilet bowl has residue that no matter how you flush it will still appear, pretty disgusting. There is also no latch on the door for safety purpose and there seems to be a slight space between the door that feels like you can just break into the room easily with the right tools. I noticed that in few other neighbouring rooms as well. Besides the toilet and the latch, everything was good. Location is pretty much in the center of most attractions. I may/may not consider to stay here again for my next trip.

5th times stay here. I have no issue to complaint. They allowed to check in as early as 8am (depends on availability).

Good value for money. Even though the furniture is a bit old but the room was spacious and comfortable. Halal food available nearby.

Air conditional please upgrade. Not cool even night sleeping or please change position bed opposite air conditional. But nice and enjoy my holiday

Tempatnya strategis dekat pasar dan banyak makanan kamarnya besar dan bersih.

Hotel bagus dan bersih, sesuai gambar. Lain kali saya akan menginap kembali di sini

Dirty, aircon not cold, receptionist unfriendly, old hotel, we want to book Lee Garden grand plaza, information was not clear!

Room was okay. only worst was quite a distance to tourist points. and have to take transportation for visiting places

Kamarnya sudah tua, tapi so far so good, pelayanan ramah. Yang the bestnya kita bisa early check-in 👍

The hotel is nice with affordable price. Location is just 700m from the town.

Perlu renovasi, sudah terlalu tua, bathtubnya penuh tambalan, jadi agak seram pas mandi takut jeblok saja. Begitu keluar lift, suasananya sangat menyeramkan. Resepsionisnya cukup ramah dan sangat membantu saat saya butuh telepon ke travel. Overall sesuai budget murah😜😜 Next pikir lagi untuk balik.
