There was 2 cockroaches in our room. No restaurant. No spray for insects when we requested for one.

the aircon's not functioning well. it was so hot in my room.

The free breakfast was not good. All the rest were satisfying but not awesome.

This hotel has a great location but seriously needs some more light and cleaning. The room was clean except we saw cockroaches in the toilet and in some area in the room. The food is common and okay however the service isn’t. On our first day in the pantry for breakfast, only one service crew was in the area doing everything from cooking to cleaning and washing dishes (cheers to her) however since she was alone, almost everything was messy. It was the same time that the other crew went to get some supplies which wasn’t really the perfect time for him to get the supplies as they only operate 6:30am-10am, he could have taken care of the supplies before or after the breakfast hours. Overall, the experience was okay. The price is cheaper than most of the hotel so it’s okay but there’s a lot of things the management can improve to this place.

I stayed four nights. Room was large and clean. The bed was big and comfortable. Location is good! A Japanese restaurant next door. A reasonably-priced laundry cleaning service only a 5-minute walk away. Only a 10-minute walk to the J Centre Mall, where there's a lot of nice eating places, and Skywaterpark Cebu is located (on the mall's 6th floor rooftop). My only complaints, the free breakfast, served from 6:00 to 10:00AM, was always out of food, unless you eat early. Although they did cook me scrambled eggs, upon request. And they charge a full day rate if you need to extend your stay, even if for only a few hours.

It was good. Massage was good. Breakfast was cold.

It takes 2 hours for us to wait for a room and the sad part is they are still cleaning it.

The room was great. It was spacious. Breakfast was perfect. More choices to eat. I will visit their again soon. Thank you Orchard for the warmest and comfortable stay. Til’ then.

Good value for the money :) spacious room, Wi-Fi was excellent and breakfast buffet was good.

Overall stay was good. If i had to point-out some things it would be the following: 1) front desk didn't let me borrow spoon and fork when i asked (despite that there was a restaurant in the hotel — i didn't ask why she couldn't provide) 2) there was a glass wall inside the bathroom which is a waiting disaster if you are not too careful — i suggest putting a line or some indication that there is a glass wall 3) towel rack was too high for my size (i am only 5ft tall) 4) there was no one who offered to help me get settled in my room despite the fact that i was carrying many things — i didn't ask for help but i think someone should have been there

Their services are good yet the room is not quite clean because we saw a cockroach roaming around our room we really freaked out when we saw it. The internet is very poor because it always disappear like in every minute.

I had a nice stay in this hotel. Room was big with nice bathroom with a bath tub. I enjoyed my relaxation dipping in the tub. The ambiance is so warm. Love the lighting. Staff are accommodating. We arrived an hour before the check in time and they let us check in our room. Nice place but I recommend to have the place renovated like the lobby and the exterior. Breakfast was a bit ok. I wish they had hot chocolate option too for people who don’t drink coffee. But overall, it was a nice overnight stay.

Good hotel, on the good position.

Rusty sink and batthtub drain; no hot water; breakfast not appetizing; on the good side, comfy beddings.

simple yet comfortable but I just learned that when you get a promo hotel rooms you really get you have paid. promo rooms were their cheapest rooms.

The lights in the hallway going to the room needs more light.

The place is accessible if your staying in Mandaue Area.We requested to be transferred in a twin room and they immediately answered our request. Breakfast buffet was superb! I will recommend this hotel to my friends
