Room not clean & dirty. Staircase not clean & very dirty. Bath towel, toilet tissue I need request from staff. Not provide shampoo & soap. How ever, staff so far friendly.

Staf 2 orang tak beri layanan yang betul-betul.

Customer service is good. Toilet and room are clean.

Some blanket they never changed, please take action for that.

Toilet kotor, toilet bowl pun kotor, lantai bilik kotor, banyak lipas kecik-kecik. Cadar kotor. Air panas xada.

Sesuai untuk yang cari tempat budget.

Hygiene and cleanliness needs improve. Stains, ants on blanket and bedsheet cover.

The bedsheet, blanket and pillow case are dirty..

Accommodation is good but service need to be upgrade

Toilet floor not very clean. Room wall are dirty and paint started peel off. Need more maintenance and touch-up works. But still the best for backpackers or budgeted traveler.

You will get what you paid. Its a very small room and my room got only two bulbs functioning. So it was very gloomy but I just stand for it because its only one night stay. In terms of cleanliness, the toilet was dirty. There are still hair on the floor and fake fake eyelashes on the wall. The bedsheet and comforter got some stain on it, the pillows are not as fluffy as usual hotel. However, the staff are very good, the reception area always have a good smell. Please bring your own toiletries because they didn't provide it, however lucky they got 7 eleven nearby.
