办理入住时，前台接待员告知我预订的房间排水有问题。她提出可以安排我入住姐妹酒店——红太阳机场西贡酒店，距离酒店约2公里，并提供接送服务。我接受了安排。我非常感谢前台接待员的态度，他们没有置之不理。新酒店的房间很不错，很舒适，适合休息。那里的前台接待员也很友好。

毯子和枕头都不干净，满是灰尘，完全没有隔音效果，非常吵闹，晚上根本睡不着觉，因为其他人一直在说话和走来走去。

酒店靠近新山一国际机场的T1和T2航站楼，出行非常方便。酒店周围有很多便利店和餐厅。我的房间有点小，但考虑到价格，也算可以接受……如果我再来西贡，我还会选择住这里。

接待人员态度友好、热情、善，谈吐温和、有礼貌。房间很干净，基本设施一应俱全。 Ks 适合那些想要快速前往机场的人。最大的优点是附近有 3 个 CHTL，周围有很多餐馆，所以您不必担心吃喝。

The hotel is very close to the airport (5-10 minutes by walk). The staff were very friendly, polite, and very helpful. The room is spacious, clean, and decent. Totally recommend this place, especially if you have a long layover.

Phòng sạch sẽ, gần sân bay nên tiện cho việc nghỉ ngơi trước khi bay. Gần bên có cửa hàng tiện lợi và Bách Hoá Xanh nên cũng tiện cho việc mua đồ dùng cần thiết.

Toilet không có máy hút, phòng kín nên hôi cả phòng khi sử dụng.

Tôi đã book phòng và thanh toán cho bạn tôi ở khách sạn Yoko nhưng khi đến nơi thì lễ tân lại bảo hết phòng và đưa bạn tôi đến một khách sạn khác rất bẩn và tệ, không xứng đáng với giá tiền tôi đã thanh toán, nó như 1 nhà nghỉ vậy. Tôi đã gọi điện rất nhiều nhưng khách sạn không hề nghe máy. Đây là LỪA ĐẢO, TREO ĐẦU DÊ BÁN THỊT CHÓ, mọi người lưu ý khi book khách sạn này kẻo bị lừa.

I chose here because I had a short domestic flight within hours of landing in Ho Chi Minh. So, great place to rest properly and freshen up. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and you have a K Mart literally next door, so nearly everything you need is within a few minutes to get back to the airport. Quick check-in and out. I only put 'Good' because there were road works (patched up next morning), but otherwise it would have been wonderful. I have no problem staying here again for similar travel reasons.

We booked this hotel because near to the airport, we were arrived around 1am. So I need the nearest and cheapest for rest some hours. The receptionist was there and greeted us with limited English. He asked to keep my passport and giving back when I check out (I rejected this issue, I never treated like this so far everywhere). Then he accept us, give us a room. When enter the room look clean even with an old furniture. Then, after hours in the room, we saw some cockroach around (small and big), while we resting our body in the bed, we feel dust everywhere, seems never change the bed sheet and the blanked smelly. We are really not recommended this hotel for a long stay. But if you can accept this matter you can choose this hotel for really a short stay due to they r cheap. It is not a three star. But 1 star or no star actually.
