Very beautiful place and clean. Nice place to chill and relax with a beautiful view.

sangat memuaskan, tapi saya mau chekin jam 12 pm malah jadi jam 3 pm.

totaly not bad kitchen so dirty and bad smell, expensive deposit, not easy to find a receptionist and a quite far from Monorail st. (Raja Chulan and Bukit Nanas same far)

Kamar tidak bersih, spreinya kotor tidak diganti selama saya menginap 4 hari, air minum hanya dikasih 2 botol kecil setiap 2 hari, toiletnya berlendir, Sangat mengecewakan, pelayanan tidak bagus.

View kamar bagus, kamar tidur dan kamar mandi bersih, nyaman, keren, dan akses kemana pun mudah. Tersedia ruang tamu, kitchen.

Kamar mandi bau, air sering masuk ke ruang tidur.

Sungguh menyenangkan dan nyaman menginap disini murah dan elit seperti di rumah sendiri.

I love staying here. you would love this hotel if you are travelling in 4 or 6 people...because room is spacious.

Apartments suitable for families, we took a unit with 2 bedrooms. there are 2 bathrooms, there is a kitchen for cooking and a washing machine and dryer. Very strategic location in the city center of Kuala Lumpur only 300m to the Petronas twin towers. to the manager of cleanliness must be improved many appear cockroach baby

The room wasn’t clean, when I opened the door, the insects ran around the room :((. The bathroom was not clean either, seem like it not been cleaned for a long time.

Ruang tamu banjir ketika kami tinggal keluar.

Kami ambil tipe standar room. Awal masuk apartemen tersebut cukup senang karena kamarnya luas, ada ruang tamu, dan kitchennya juga. Ketika masuk bathroom agak kecewa karena masih ada kotoran di lantai. Tapi untuk air panasnya nyala dengan normal. Pagi harinya kami tinggal keluar seharian sampai malam, nah ketika kami masuk kamar tiba-tiba di ruang tamu ada genangan air hampir masuk kamar tidur juga. Setelah kami cek, ternyata air berasal dari keran kloset yang menetes. Dan sepertinya kamar habis dibersihkan karena air mineral diisi kembali dan posisi kamar juga bersih, apalah petugas tidak cek kamar mandi? Setelah kejadian banjir, kami meminta handuk kepada petugas karena handuk yang baru dipakai untuk membersihkan banjir Tadi. Tapi oleh petugas tidak diantar ke kamar kami. Untungnya kami membawa handuk sendiri dari Indonesia. Sayangnya kami tidak mempunyai foto ketika ada genangan air tersebut karena kami berusaha untuk membantu petugas supaya cepat selesai membersihkan.

Saya sampai jam 6 pagi, sayang nya, manajemen hotel tidak bisa dihubungi, dan akhirnya saya cari hotel lain dan tetap stay di sana, satpam nya juga tidak menolong.

The Idaris suite room lokasinya strategis akses ke tempat-tempat hiburan dan wisata dekat, Buat yang kali pertama memesan kamar di sini anda tinggal naik ke lantai 6 untuk check-in, stafnya sangat membantu, pool-nya berbayar 20rm/pax, deposit room 100rm, cuma lift-nya kadang error. Overall oke lah.

Kurang bersih, tidak ada keset kaki dikamar, tak ada kaca di ruang kamar, tak ada odol gigi, sama sikat gigi juga tak ada, ruang tamu berantakan.

Menyenangkan dan keren, saya dapat kamar di lantai 33a viewnya cantik sekali. Kamar luas dilengkap fasilitas bersama ruangan dengan sofa, kulkas, kompor listrik bahkan ada mesin cuci.

I would highly recommend The Idaris to everyone as their services quality is super excellent with a high-end competitors especially during my check in session. Staff friendliness is really out of 10. They have very neat and tidy unit as you can feel likes your own house. It's super comfortable. You can even wash your apparels since they provide washing machine with a dryer or cook yourself some food as stove and kitchen are available. This Residence also located on a strategic place where I can walk to KLCC for just 5min (depending on how fast you walk). And what most to add is. Their staff is really understand my situation as I reach KL early in the morning. So they give some courtesy for me to check in earlier than it's supposed to be. I never get this kind of service before as most of the hotel or Airbnb will ask you to wait till the right time even though they really have an available unit. Satisfaction is overloaded as I will definitely 100% will choose THE IDARIS again for my next trip to KL.
