Good services, nice apartment to stay.

They were gave me a room that wasn't matched with I have choosen

Nyaman banget, ke semua tempat dekat, petugasnya ramah-ramah, pengen balik lagi deh ke casa tidak menyesal.

overall great, but doesn't breakfast here. room is spacious, near to jl alor, near to Pavilion high end mall.

Very happy, hotelnya bagus banget, sangat bersih, AC dingin, semua fasilitas lengkap, lokasinya di tengah kota, aman, anak-anak sangat senang yang pasti murah😁. Jika ke kuala lumpur lagi kami mau menginap di casa residency lagi, terima kasih casa residency.

The best view in KL, location is far KLCC. But the room is so comfortable, modern and convenient. Staff is very helpful and nice. I have to deposit RM400 (although I paid in advance) and pay RM20/2 night for accommodation fee according to Malaysian government. We have 3 bed room, 1 studio and 2 normal bedroom. Highly recommend for everyone who stays here in KL.

Room not very clean, bed too dirty. Too many fungus under mattress. Please improve your cleaning at bed and floor and pillow

Tempatnya bagus, nice staf, kebersihan juga bagus, dan setiap hari cleaning service membersihkan dengan baik. Hanya saat berkunjung kesana, Pool sedang di renovasi jadi tidak bisa tenang, but overall is good.

Liburan dengan keluarga, sangat puas menginap 1 malam dengan apartemen tipe 2 bedroom. deposit 300rm. Ada dapurnya ada kompornya bisa masak, ada kulkas besar, ada meja makan, dan ruang sofa TV, recommended banget nih apartemen murah. Anak bisa berenang ada kolam renangnya. Dekat jalan ke st monorel hang tuah. Tapi lebih enak naik grab sih kemana-mana tidak cape jalan, sekian dan terima kasih.

Letaknya yang strategis dan nyaman.

Great location, only walking distance to Alor Street, Bukit Bintang and little bit more to Sungei Wang and Pavillion. Room deposit 300 MYR per room per stay and luckily, they received IDR too for deposit. Make up room daily every 3 PM. Spacious area since I got room at the corner of the floor (9.1). Lobby quite hot. Overall good to stay here.

The facility overall is good and the service too, just the TV channel doesn't have many channels, there is just 3 local channels.

Staff very welcoming, room is very nice, clean and tidy, but its difficult to access in/out. Only given 1 card to access. Overall good

The best apartement dengan harga yang murah. 2 kamar yang luas, bersih, petugas membersihkan ruangan setiap pagi. Handuk selalu baru, air minum selalu diganti, dekat sekali dengan jalan alor, dekat restaurant makanan india yang enak juga. Saya menginap 4 hari disana dan pasti akan menginap lagi untuk kunjungan berikutnya.

The room was comfy enough suitable for family's stay. There were 3 bedrooms and kitchenette which make us much easier to cook our own food. Yet, the WIFI connection unstable please make it better. Swimming pool was clean enjoy it a lot. Located nearby the famous Alor street, shopping centre, bukit bintang area only take 5-7 min walking distance. Highly recommended apartment.

Waktu check-in cepat, tapi harus sedia dana tunai 300 RM atau 1 juta untuk deposit, karena kalo pake KK, ga bisa open dan pengembalian uang makan waktu 14 hari. Tapi pas check-out, lama banget, padahal hanya kita sendiri. Buat akses masuk apartment bagus, penjagaan ketat, pakai kunci sendiri untuk keluar masuk pagar, ga sembarang orang bisa masuk. Kamar besar, tapi sedikit perlu diperbaikin, pas mau masuk kamar, aromanya kurang enak dan buat kamar mandi, bisa diperhatikan sedikit lagi kebersihannya. Yang lainnya udah oke dari apartemen mau cari makan malam dekat ke jalan Alor. Rekomen deh.

Kamar sesuai di gambar. Tapi yang disayangkan nilai deposit sangat besar yaitu 400 RM.
