Everything is good, my room have a very nice view on the high floor to see around the city. The rooftop pool have a very beautiful view, excepted I lost my glasses there. And special, I forgot a Bluetooth speaker in the room after check out. Then they found and sent me for a free shipped.

Phòng xinh, view xịnn. Mình đặt phòng deluxe nhưng khi tới được update lên phòng premier deluxe nè, chắc để bù vì lúc mình đến đang cúp nước để làm gì đó. Nói chung là ok, khách sạn gần đường biển, có thể đi bộ đi chơii xung quanh

Breakfast is very good. They upgraded my room from Superior to the one has balcony which has nice City view. However, I booked double bed room, I think they ran out of that type then they turned the twin beds into look-like-"super king" bed which is not comfortable to sleep due to the gap in the middle. Service is good and the staff are nice and polite. I was annoyed when a woman made the toilet at the lobby terribly stink.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, tuy nhiên phòng cách âm kém. Tiếng lạch cạch bên ngoài cả đêm không ngủ được. Phòng thiết kế đẹp. Phòng tắm không có khăn dặm chân khi ra nước lẹp nhẹp rất khó chịu. Buffet sáng ngon.

Nice room, great service, all staff very helpful with all information needed. Our family very happy with them and suppose to be there one more time.

Nhân viên cực dễ thương. Mình đến nha trang rất sớm nhưng lễ tân vẫn hỗ trợ cho mình nhận phòng ko mất phí. Đồng thời mình book nhầm loại phòng nhưng vẫn đổi cho mình sang phòng mình mong muốn. Excellent

Overall is good. Just 3 points that can be further improved: Inside the room: water was so weak, the floor is rather slippery, I saw the tile would be not so clean. The bed was hard, and not so comfort. Security: share the hotel lift with the milk tea shop next door where people outside just up stair to the rooftop for drinks. There is no limit for guess to go on the floor the stay or the external visitors. Just easily come in and press the floor they need. Good point: well prepared for breakfast box when I asked them to prepare as I check out at midnight. Good area, well connected to the main street and local shops.

The hotel is new. Everything is great. Receptionist is friendly. Nice facilities and service. you need to take a walk to the beach but it is ok.

Phòng đẹp, giá hợp lí, mọi thứ rất tuyệt. Chỉ có buffet món không đa dạng, thức ăn chỉ ăn được chứ không ngon
