房间很暗，浴室也是。没有衣柜。位置不错！

611家庭房，淋浴水小，水压不强，客人不太满意，如果想看电视，因为位置不同，所以不能躺着看。

周围是旅游景点，没有牙刷，工作人员很好

服务很好，入住/退房手续快捷友好，电梯只能到 5 楼，6 楼需要爬楼梯

I have no problem with the room and location, it was good recommendations to visit if you want to close to busy area, just need to get down and you will foud so many things in the street, but the staff service is really bad, I mean really really bad, not smile at all, and not even help us to bring our luggage to the lobby even we met in the front door. I have different name in My passport and booking hotel name, but I show all already and he said he can't find my booking under my name, I mean, we been waiting for more then 1hour only to wait him to check the name. Manm, we are so tired after long flight and travel and he not event smile with us, after he realised that he made wrong to not clearly check my name then he not even say sorry!

xung quanh khách sạn quá ồn ào. 4h sáng mới ngủ được . đặt phòng từ 16 tới ngày 19. nhưng chỉ sử dụng 1 đêm và bỏ tiền vì không thể ngủ được.

They did not clean the room in my 2nd day. But room was affordable, clean and comfortable, They have tour service at 1st floor so we can ask anything there.

Hotelnya nyaman dan bersih. Pelayanannya pun sangat baik dan orang hotelnya ramah-ramah. Cuma agak berisik karena banyak kafe yang live music sampai tengah malam.

Location 10/10 Room 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Staff 10/10 Great location! Along khao san road where the night life and foods are everywhere. Room is big and exceed my expectations! They have a room service everyday. They changed towels, tissue papers, and clean the room everyday. The staff is always smiling and very accommodating! I'll be back here I promise!

Staf ramah, tempat strategis banyak sekali tempat makan, kamar bersih dan nyaman.

although the room deposit so high 1.500 B and the outside enough noisy, but the room clean and safety.especially thanks a lot from me to staff that help me keep my wallet fall down in lift. i don't know his name and haven't any time direct thanks to the guy, but big applause for professionalism👍

Comfortable! There are so many food seller, cafe, seven eleven around the hotel. I'll be back to this hotel and area again if I have time to visit Bangkok.

menginap di villa cha cha rambutri sangat cocok untuk anda yg mau berlibur krn dekat dengan halte bus mau kemana mana dekat malam hari banyak kuliner kamarnya bersih air panasnya ada acnya dingin semua sesuai gambar jadi tidak salah memilih menginap di hotel ini.

Sangat bagus hotelnya, sesuai dengan gambar, dekat dengan Khaosantoad. Dekat hotel banyak orang menjual makanan. Namun deposit sebesar 1.500 bth.

Tidak dikasih air minum, wifi lemot. Deposit terlalu besar
