I'm not complaining about Siti (receptionist), but I've noticed that she doesn't use basic courtesies like saying “good morning” or “thank you.” I did have a face-to-face conversation with her about this, and while she didn't apologize, she did say “thank you” at the end. However, I still believe that, as someone in the hospitality industry, it's important for her to consistently incorporate these simple gestures when interacting with guests. I hope she learns from this and strives to show her best courtesy to every guest who comes to Mtree Hotel.

Hotel is situated nearby many eateries. Heart of puchong. Rooms was very clean and tidy. Well maintained. Spacious. Bathroom was well maintained too. Breakfast was nice but very limited choice. Frontdesk was polite and friendly. Overall recommended👍

- Difficult to found grab, waiting 10-20mnt every morning,- the cleanless not so good, especially for the pool and room.

Value to money but hotel design not my favourite style. Cleanliness not up to standard, still find hair at shower place, a huge coffee stain on carpet...

Great place for business travelers. Rooms are a tad bit tiny but for one person staying over should be good. Located at a strategic place and easy access to public transportation.

Room is awesome .. however staff work a bit slow..

1. Breakfast not many choices and the taste so bad. Mushroom soup the taste like stale, The rice I don't know why the taste like the cheap rice. The table unlimited 😣 ☹️ 2.
