珍南景观*** 这家酒店太脏了。空调坏了，房间里很热。房间的指示都没告诉客人。工作人员的服务意识应该更好一些。我们没法换房间，而且双人房的房间条件很差，还要额外收费。住在这里让我很失望。这家酒店应该关门歇业，彻底整顿一下，无论是员工还是房间。真是浪费了这么好的位置。

Sesuai harga lah, harga segitu ya begitu lah kondisi nya, menang di lokasi aja

Room good and big, comfortable and also cheaper than other. Got water heater, big and clean bathroom. I just having problem with their air conditioner, really hard to ssetup temp because there is no remote. Only have that box that connected to air conditioner but no display. Every else is good

Good and big room quiet environment very worth dhile for the price

The room is spacious and clean. The amenities is okay. Their towel is not smelly like other people review. Maybe they have improve their service and cleanliness. What can I say is I had a great stay at here for 4 nights. This hotel location is really nearest to underwaterworld and pantai chenang and other duty free shop and restaurant. Even the restaurant in the hotel is tasty especially their nasi ayam. The price is even affordable. Minus to their televison and their air conditioner is quite old and don't provide any remote. Even their TV can't watch at all. But not really care much since I don't spend time to watch TV and I don't really like cold temperatures. However the staff is not that friendly and lack of customer service skills. Need to be train more on that. At least a smile, basic warm gesture would help.

Dekat ke pantai, lokasi strategis. Mau makan tinggal turun ke bawah aja.

Value for money nice to stay. But no free drink in my room. Others should be fine. Oh ya no free parking.

Good location even though at the end of Pantai Cenai Walkway, not too far about 5-10minutes to the Central area of activities. Hotel parking is expensive, you are charged hourly rates even for evening. Hotel towels are really worn out and smelly and need to be replaced immediately. Hot water shower is very good and room is quite spacious, I may not recommend unless you still want a place at Chenang Beach. 😀.

No water inside the room, no cutlery, no wifi.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, dekat dengan pasar, tapi untuk kamar nya seperti ada bau lembab, air shower di kamar mandi sangat panas dan tak bisa diatur suhu nya, hanya terdapat sabun mandi, tidak ada shampoo, handuknya tidak menyerap air dan juga sedikit berbau, selebihnya ok-ok aja.

Pool tolong open operasi lama seperti 7am ke 9pm.

Everything is good, facilities, staff very polite and kind helpful. Just in no coffee & kettle in room and ironing shirt outside.

No water jug. In room. For take hot water. And go ground floor. Use cup only for take hot water. Stupid. No Free parking. Parking problems. Better stay other hotel.
