联系前台很困难，联系方式也不清楚。这是一栋共用的楼，分成几块。房间看起来闹鬼，破败不堪，而且没有翻新过。住宿环境看起来很糟糕。他们向客人收取23令吉的清洁费。房价很贵，而且没有空调，不值得。如果我再去，我不会再住那里了。太糟糕了。

The place is clean and not bad for the rate we paying!

The floor very dusty, make the feet dirty. Had to clean by myself the floor using tissue. Need to pay cleaning fee rm40, which is not clean. No toiletries at all, only shampoo. The floor toilet slippery. The bed is very soft cheap one and single bed is hard to sleep.

+ Points: Good food. Enough to make you full until lunch. Easy access to my attractive point. Convenient for family.- points: No WiFi, no cooking appliance, only have microwave and fridge. Toilet a bit mushy.

Kotor nampak macam lama. Koridor sekangkang kera je. Tak best lansung. Tak selesa. Maaf la saya cukup jujur tak berbaloi. Saya check out awal, tak ada mood nak stay lama-lama.

The hotel has a good location, near the night market but I got misleading info. We need to put an extra fee (hidden cost) which is a cleaning fee RM40 and breakfast not provided. Lobby management is also far from the apartment hotel, we need to walk for 10 mins to go to the room. Otherwise hotel was very cool and comfort to staying.

Pros: Downstairs is night market. Ample of spaces of parking lots. House is big. 99 Mart, 7-11, MyNews are just downstairs. Cons: No tooth brush, no toothpaste, no soap, no conditioner, only shampoo. Sofa surface is broken. Shampoo in one room no refill. Overall, I am satisfied. Will come back again.

Cadar ada kesan kotor laki bini. Report pada staf. Dan tukar. Lampu bilik air tak berfungsi. Dah report tapi tiada tindakan.

Bilik kemas. Nice la. Tapi yang tak nice nye ada cas tersembunyi. Harga memang murah rm120 je tapi cas kebersihan tu rm20 sehari. Tu yang tak syok tu. Duk 2 hari rm40 cas.

Okay tempat sejuk daripada tempat lain memang nice dekat dengan tempat pelancongan lain tapi ada beberapa perkara perlu perbaiki staf di bahagian front office sila berhati-hati bila bekerja saya dapat bilik rosak kerana dia tersalah bagi kunci bilik. Sepatutnya dia bagi bilik lain tapi bagi bilik yang takdiguna kan kerana nombor di kunci hampir sama. Saya kena turun balik ke lobby untuk tukar ke bilik lain dengan barang-barang yang saya dh bawa naik ke bilik dah itu je yang lain ok. Tapi staff yang jaga di kaunter hadapan tu sila berhati-hati semasa bertugas agar perkara ini tidak berulang lagi dan satu lagi kalau bole refill la balik shampoo dan sabun dalam bilik mandi tu ada bekas je isi nya tak ada
