客房服务和酒店员工都非常糟糕。任何考虑入住这家酒店的人都应该慎重考虑。房间与图片完全不符，而且房型也与预订不符。

我只订了一晚。地理位置绝佳，就在市中心。房间还可以，就是床垫太硬了，枕头也不舒服。进房间的时候闻到一股潮湿的味道。除此之外，考虑到价格和位置，还是可以接受的。

酒店干净整洁，离BTS轻轨站很近。每次来曼谷出差，我都会入住BRB酒店。前台工作人员热情友好。

这是我第四次来这里了，所以一切都很熟悉，很符合我的需求。
