下午6点房间还没准备好！电梯也坏了。前台工作人员态度很差。浴室维护很差，很不干净。简直是噩梦。

前往那里非常方便。

酒店设施陈旧，卫生状况堪忧。

The hotel is totally different from the picture in app, don't get fool by the rating in traveloka, go and check google review first, this is not even a 3 stars hotel, the hallway toilet and lift is dirty, the towel is worst, if you take grab you need to walk few blocks, they cannot drop you in front of the hotel, staff also not friendly. We booked for 3 nights but didn't even want to stay and move to other hotel.

Lumayan untuk tempat menginapnya akan tetapi sarapan tidak ada.

Everything is good except the parking. So expensive. We don't get free parking. Other than that, all good. The room is clean and the bed comfortable.

Everything was fine but guess it 's just my luck that I got that one room with a faulty AC. Even the hallway is way more cooling than my room.

It was a good and affordable stay near ttdi. Comfortable and nice for a short vacay.

It was nice to stay here! The hotel near from mrt station so you can easily strolling around KL with public transportation. the hotel was clean and nice👌

Value for money, close to mall and MRT

Heading for a friend’s wedding and this location is very convenient. Easy to go around many areas. Also easy just a 2 mins walk to mrt station too! The room is good enough for a short stay and the breakfast was good and simple

Hotel bersih, cukup nyaman. Sarapan pagi baik dan lumayan. Dekat sekali dengan MRT.

Kamar hotel tidak sesuai gambar, window tidak full seperti pada gambar yang menyebabkan kamar tersebut terlihat sempit.

Staff kurang ajar, Booking from website, also ask for booking number? Give IC ask to check my name, the don’t want! Want make it easy way. I go anyway to check in hotel or flight check in just give ic or passport they can find it! But this hotel Maybe 6 star, everything one perfect, so no way for coming again

AC bocor, kartu akses cuma 1, harus bayar rm30 untuk kartu tambahan. CS tidak ramah, breakfast cuma nasi telur roti.

Cukup bersih, foto hotelnya bagus, tapi cuma ruko. CS kurang ramah, breakfast cuma nasi, telur dan roti.

The hotel hard to be find, room was too small not as per picture, need to have extra card if want to out from room separately with partner, an extra card required a deposit for rm30. However the room cleanliness was good.

Unfriendly when check in and not understanding about checking at 1pm very rigid and cold staff no hospitality
