Not that near to city centre. Parking not provided, you still have to pay for street parking as usual. It 's near main street, can be noisy even at night. For 3 ☆ hotels, very affordable & nice. Room are very clean & nice. Mine doesn't have mini bar, which is mentioned before booking. Shower could use a higher water pressure, the sink already cracked, & there 's mold at the bathroom door, but overall very clean bathroom. Lift is provided, which I think is great. There 's water dispenser at ground floor. Could benefit greatly if water dispenser is at every floor. Overall, I would stay again with affordable price.

Easy check in and checkout. But during checkout the lift was problem mujur ddk first floor je turun tangga 🙂 the room basically mcm rumah haha. Ada peti almari yang lek lek je. Tapi kosma ni memang muslim friendly and bersih. Murah pun murah.

Another great value for my trip with my familly, the room rate was awesome, but maybe need extra maintenance. I book 2 room. 1 of my room got problem with the flush. Need to refill the water manually. If not you have to wait more than an hour to fill the flush tank. The other problem is the water preasure for water heater is too low. I suggest to kosma boutiqe hotel to do some improvement on that. The rest is very satisfied and also the hotel have a lift which is for me very convenient compare to other budget hotel in Kuantan. Cleanliness is very good and I give 5 star on that.
