The staff miss understood about my booking so in the hurry morning I had to check out ASAP and re check in again when I got back from the business trip. Never visit this hotel again. Run away from this hotel if you see this message.

我的家人在这里住得很愉快，工作人员友好而有礼貌，酒店很干净，早餐也很丰富。步行即可到达邮局，教堂也不太远，靠近购物中心。非常推荐大家选择入住这里。

Despite a short stay, but it was a great experience. The hotel is easy to find, in the city center, very strategic to go to tourism areas, restaurants and essential spots. The room is nice and clean. The staff are friendly and mostly understand and speak English. Food is fine, despite the limited selection. Will definitely comeback here when I visit Ho Chi Minh City again.

I am very disappointed staying at this hotel. I bought a Superior room but when I arrived I was given a Standard room, there was a fierce commotion. This seems intentional for many reasons. Finally I was given another room which was not clear what type of room it was. Room without view. When checking out there was another commotion. They asked me to pay for 1 slipper which was not in the room. I said I didn't have it and asked me to search my bag. Finally I paid so that the problem was quickly resolved. All hotel staff looked unfriendly from day 1 to day 4. It was a really bad experience staying at this hotel.

Hôm đó mình ớt khách sạn Sài Gòn Corp mọi thứ phục vụ rất tốt , nhưng đến sáng ngày 3/11 chưa tới giờ trả phòng, mình lên lầu 9 để ăn sáng tầm 9:30 xuống lại phòng thì gặp nhân viên buồng phòng xuống đang dọn phòng trong khi đồ của khách vẫn chưa dọn đi . Mình hơi không hài lòng về vấn đề này . Hy vọng khách sạn sẽ rút kinh nghiệm về vấn đề này .

The receptionist, Jolie Lam is superb! If I have to give a rating, she scores 11 out of 10. She is smiley, she listens well, give good recommendations and very very helpful. Location is in District 1, near to Opera House, easy to find food around the hotel.
