我没想到在UCSI酒店会度过一个美好的夜晚。我以非常合理的价格预订了房间，对酒店的氛围和服务都非常满意。强烈推荐！

地理位置优越，步行即可到达BCCK，但附近没有商店或景点。我们完全依赖网约车前往市中心，但某些时段网约车有点难打到。除此之外，酒店还不错，早餐时可以欣赏到美丽的河景。

靠近 Back，距离市中心和机场不远。

适合带孩子和家人来的地方，可以欣赏美丽的河景。

总体来说房间还是不错的，宽敞，设施齐全，虽然距离市中心比较远，晚上往返酒店的路上很安静，很黑。至于清洁度，有些地方灰尘较多。

非常满意这里的各项服务，感觉还想再来，最好

Semua oke, bilik besar, bantal banyak, boleh pelbagaikan menu dan lokasi breakfast lebih-lebih lagi jika ada program di hotel

Bad service & breakfast, location is far. Not really convinience.

Hotel ucsi cantik dapat view pemandangan sungai. Bilik superior king bed yang hebat. Santai. Bilik yang besar sesuai untuk kami mini family 2 dewasa + 2 budak kecik. Berbaloi dengan harga. Saya dapat harga rm265/semalam booking di traveloka. Termasok bocer 1 orang sarapan dan topup rm26.50/ seorang sarapan. Budak-budak bawah 12 tahun free sarapan. Kolam boleh mandi sehingga 7 malam. Cuma kolam tak ada kolam untuk budak. Budak-budak boleh mandi di awasi ibu bapa.

The television only display channel 1,2,3 only. There is a problem with the internet./server. I hope that issue could be solve for better service. Other things are good.

Booked duluxe king and I love the view so much! But the breakfast need to improve more.

The room is spacious. The view is spectacular.

Main reason I choose to stay at UCSI hotel is to escape from bustling city noises. It is located ~10km from city centre, good river view, nice infinity pool & gym which definitely help to de-stress & immerse yourself closer to nature. Booked a deluxe king room, so spacious in term of room. Everything is just perfect until the day I checkout, out of curiosity I open up the mini fridge in the room, and noticed some leftover drinks from previous guest. Well, it freaked me off a bit but thankfully I was leaving already that time. P/S: I didn’t book the room that come with breakfast due to negative comments about their breakfast menu
