Near airport, customer service frendly

Stayed here alone for 4D3N. 1st night I was alone, but nothing supernatural happened despite it being close to the forest. 😂. The following nights, there were people renting in the other rooms so I wasn't alone anymore. Polite guests too so no problem. Facilities include a functional kitchen, (refrigerator, stove, utensils, etc.), iron, ironing board, washing machine (detergent buy yourself) & drying rack. My room (Room 3) had a private bathroom, so it was very convenient for someone like me who 's travelling solo. The location is close to airport as well as the building I had to do my business in. They also provided towels. There were no hair dryers though, so bring it yourself; And no escalator so I had to take the stairs to the 4th floor with my two luggages. Customer service is good too, they respond to your enquiries as quick as they can (via WhatsApp), and I received my deposit 2 days after my check out. The only complaints I have is that the bed was kind of hard (still managed to sleep well though), some sockets weren't functioning (but there was an extension provided so it 's all good), and lastly please install lights outside the house! It 's too dark and a little scary when I arrived home at night. Overall, it 's a good place to stay if you're on a budget, don't need too much luxury & need to be close to the airport.

That owner didn't even let us use towel. if we wanna use towel we have to pay. I ordered room with bathroom she gave us room with sharing bathroom and her attitude was so bad.

not clean,very dusty, bed feel like sleeping on the floor very, people sleeping at the sofa outside very noise and also need to take care your own thing in the kitchen because people stealing your thing inside the fridge. advise not to stay here
