Late giving check in information, wait until last minute then call the picture then just let us know how to check in. Say have parking place but next day suddenly give the parking lot to other customer and let me park at other resident house, when asking why just say customer come then give customer, then how about me? Not customer or we not pay the room? Bad experience.

Saya suka lokasi penginapan tersebut karena berdekatan dengan mal, Kamar lumayan bersih akan tetapi kamar penginapan menurut staf untuk pembersihan harus 2 kali sehari, Hal ini menurut saya tidak sesuai seharusnya setiap hari dan diminta oleh kami, dan handuk kadang-kadang wangi dan kadang-kadang bau, Karena kita menginap disini selama 7 hari 6 malam, hal lain sampai sabun kita minta isi juga tidak diisi kembali. Mengenai kamar yang diminta dari awal bahwa saya maunya lantai bawah atau lantai dasar tapi sampai kita komplain baru dikasih sesuai permintaan kita, Yang awalnya mereka mau kasih kita di lantai atas. Semoga masukkan ini bisa diperbaiki dan bermanfaat bagi semua orang yang ini menginap disini, terima kasih.

good location for shopping, clean room, flexibility

I will recommend it to everyone because this the best home stay with family and I'm so happy when they upgrade my room to the biggest one. and every room so clean, and it's strategic because it's near with plaza gurney, and only 4 mins far from gurney Drive food court

Untuk ukuran long stay dan membawa keluarga besar, kurang cocok karena tidak tersedia Rice cooker dan mesin cuci.

Harga agar disesuaikan, relatif mahal untuk tujuan berobat.

The room looks exactly like in the photos. Very convenience and walking distance to mall and hawker stall.

The room I stayed was a floor extension which was quite spacious, comfortable, private and had a balcony. What I didn't like with this room was that the (private) bathroom was outside (next to balcony). But I think such room only one in iBook. Location was great, not far from Gurney Plaza, the famous Gurney Food Complex and convenient store.

It is nearly from gurney plaza. The room is very big, clean, cozy, comfortable. But there are not a receptionist for check in. You have to call to owner for check in.
