这家酒店还行。房间宽敞，但是有点老旧。百叶窗遮光效果不好，所以即使我把百叶窗完全拉上，早上还是有点亮。早餐还可以，种类不多，但还不错。健身房和游泳池设施很旧，维护也不到位，基本不能用，所以别指望有什么好东西。因为要走，我提前一晚退房了，前台很贴心地给了我们两瓶水和香蕉。

房间很干净，早餐也不错，但是酒店位置有点远，步行到市中心有点远。不过，它离夜市很近……

506房间淋浴水压很弱，热水来得也很慢。早餐不错，停车位充足，员工也很友好。

员工很友好，酒店位置便利，方便前往旅游景点，设施也很齐全，只是隔音效果不太好，对噪音敏感的人可能会觉得不舒服。早餐种类也比较少。我最不满意的还是行李丢失的问题。办理入住时，我们把一袋水牛肉和一袋牛肉放在了前台下面，之后就忘了拿。三个小时后，我们回去找的时候，发现东西都不见了。我们问了工作人员，但她态度很冷淡，不过因为是我们的错，所以我们也没说什么。后来，我把行李寄存在酒店去观光，包上还挂着一个紫色的Labobu毛绒玩具。回来的路上，我发现它不见了 :( （ 扣子都完好无损。我对酒店的安保措施非常失望。希望大家都能更加注意保管好自己的财物，不要犯跟我一样的错误，呜呜。

It was a great pleasure to stay at Freesia Sapa Hotel. Nice and friendly staff, located in a good area near Sapa Lake & Sapa Market. Good ambiance.

I love to stay here in Freesia Hotel Sapa, because it wasn't my expectation that the distance to the city would be so great. This is my first time coming to Sapa and I love it.

The staff was very friendly. I came from Hanoi at 5 in the morning and could check in early without any payment, thank you so much. When I come back to Sapa, I will stay at your hotel again. Keep up the good service 🤩.

I was really fascinated with the hotel's hospitality. I want to thank you to the old man (maybe the owner) when we arrived at Sapa 04.00 AM, the old man immediately helped us to our room and we got our room in the morning, imagine which hotel was able to do that? I think this is the only one best service I have ever had. I also want to thank the other staff whom were really friendly to us and serviced great breakfast during our stay. Can you imagine that I only booked for 1 night in this hotel, after that I decided to extend one more night because I love this city and the hotel was really comfy as well. Sure I will come back again to this city and Freesia Hotel. Thank you so much.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình trong việc nhận giữ đồ và tư vấn, mua vé cáp treo, thuê xe máy hộ khách. Bể bơi ở phía ngoài khách sạn, kính cường lực ở quán cafe có 2 cái bị vỡ. Sapa hiện không phải mùa đi nên cũng thấy vắng. Nhìn khách sạn không được lung linh như trong ảnh đâu ạ 🥲 nhưng bù lại nhân viên cũng rất nhiệt tình.
