酒店环境非常好，住起来很舒服。服务也很好。

房间里有烟味

Cuma persinggahan sementara atas urusan pekerjaan, hanya biasa-biasa saja dan tak ada yang mengembirakan kerana keadaan pintu utama bilik air kunci rosak, pancutan mandian rosak dan keadaan bilik terlalu sempit dan tiada ruang untuk solat.

Comfort bed and air conditioning working well. Very convenience to find food and groceries as shop just nearby to the hotel.

Strategic location, and clean room.

The room was comfortable. But the iron section was bad, no hanging rack. The bottle spray was broken. Should be replace

Wifi very poor. Staff good respond of complaint.

I often stay in this hotel with family. Double queen bed room is just nice. Everything is on par with the charge.

Room is ok, aircond is working properly but the shower’s head is positioned direct to the toilet door, so when we take our bath, the water leak on the floor outside the toilet and flows up to the bed area.

Bilik bersih dan kemas cuma sempit untuk 3 orang , shop lot banyak serta fasiliti yang baik , jgn lupa beli kupon parking nanti kena saman.

Best hospitality and comfortable

Kamar sangat nyaman dan semua berfungsi dengan baik. Para staf yang berkerja juga sangat ramah dan sangat membantu.

Hotel ini berdekatan dengan uitm sri iskandar dan kedai-kedai makan.

Lobby/waiting area is very hot, not comfortable at all. The management didn't open the air cond.

The water heater is not functioning well. Called reception to fix it, one guy came and check. It was okay at first but the problem reoccur again. I don't want to call the reception and make fuss over the water heater so we and up bathing with almost cold water during the stay. And I got a pillow case with few holes, it's kinda worn out already.

The room was clean and with basic amenities. We were given room on lower floor as per our request. Might consider staying here again.

Good value for money. Got improvement from last visit stayed. Overall ok 👌🏼
