Cleanliness have to be improved, floor still can see tissue paper sipped at the table corner. Cockroach was found hidden at table wall. The water flow is weak coming out from the faucet. TV was not functioning, no channel to watch. Will not come to this hotel again.

Kamar oke, penerangan lampu di tangga kurang, kamar mandi lap kaki gak ada, selimut masi bau seperti tidak diganti, mungkin karena terburu-buru buat orang check in.

The room is untidy (old) need to refurbish, no towels for us to use, I booked a king size bed but end up with a queen size bed.

Near MRT, but no staff, so you need go back and forth to sovotel 8. No wifi also, reason is under maintenance don't know till when. So if you need something or check in, check out, you need back and forth to go to sovotel 8. Bed not too good as sovotel 8. I was wrong to chose this, I thought near MRT can be more convenience, and it turns out to be bad choice. And no lift in here, so don't stay here if you bring heavy luggage

Not really a good stay. Need to improve a lot. Toilet is too small with no place to hang your towel and stuff.

Stay only for 1 night. Place is clean, really near to train station (just in front). Near the hotel there’s small foodcourt stall with various food. Quite far from downtown KL , 30 min with mrt, but pleasant stay and affordable pricewise.

Service is good. But need to clean the toilet properly, especially the wall

Good location, right in front of MRT Surian & close to Sunway Giza for your daily supplies. Lots of food choices in the complex. Hotel staffs were helpful during our stay.

We had a great stay. The room was acceptably clean. Though the beddings and towels are quite old already... Need to change

Two male staff need to be more friendly not so arrogant and pretend know everything they need to be brief nicely

too small the hotel too dirty the wall a lot of stains...the only good thing is they are in front of the train station other than that it's really untidy
