I stayed there for 5 days and before, I had stayed there also because this hotel has a very strategic location. Many shops, food and beverage, souvenirs, mini market, etc. So easy if you want to find something there. And this hotel has an authentic local design. I very like it. Overall good cleanliness, completed amenities, and good service. But I had trouble in the room that made me annoyed during my 5-day stay. First stay had a bad signal of channel list TV. And second stay there had trouble with AC when first night. I already told staff the AC not cool. But having no problem solved with the case specially about the AC. During stay until I checked out 4 night 5 days the AC can't working properly. The staff advised me to use the AC with a fan. How come? Until the last night/days before I check out tomorrow I just used a fan in my room. And the staff gave me another advice to move room but not with the same type not balcony or get free breakfast before I check out. Made me very not comfortable. No solution about the AC? I was tell when I entering the room first until I checked out. I mean if you having advice please give me or the guest with apple to apple not with same type. And how come the engineering can't repair the AC until 5 days and with the reason the staff engineer not stand by so need waiting for come. Hopefully can learn about problem solving when have guest comment before to be guest complaint. But this hotel still recommended about the service staff very friendly and warm. Thank you.
