Had a conference at Nusa Dua and chose this house as it was near to Nusa Dua and supposed to have great facilities with pool, free WiFi and kitchen for cooking with affordable price for 1 out of 3 rooms offered. The house structure and decorations were beautiful with all the Bali decorations and stuff. However, it was far different from what we were offered. Location wise it was remote and quite suitable for newly weds or those who like to mingle with the locals. Me and my family had a few chats with the locals so it's good. Facilities; Pool: more like a fish pond. Not maintained at all. Had tough time to explain to my 3 kids not to enter the pool. Kitchen: A kitchen stove is all you get. No pots or pans. No kettle, no cups, plate, whatsoever. I did look back at the printed itinerary; there were no instruction to bring own pots or pans. Luckily I brought the airlines utensils. We had to knock our neighbour/the housekeeper for hot water (to cook instant noodle etc.) every single time. Free Wi-Fi: I had to laugh when the housekeeper said no WiFi available. So this made our transportation budget burst since I could not use Grab application. The housekeeper said he does not have internet. Service: The housekeeper offered his motorcycle once for us to go to the nearest convenience store (about 500m) and we used it. Asked him to call a taxi early in the morning but to avail and I had to walk about 250m to grab the first taxi I saw. No privacy during the 1st day as the housekeeper would barge in the house without notice. Since then, I would lock the front door twice. My husband had a chat with him on the last and was informed that sometimes people would come in and steal things from the house. Luckily nothing happened during our short stay. However, the owner did not charge us when I asked to extend our stay for another 6 hours after check out since our flight was around 9pm. I have to give credit for that. Overall, the place is not recommended to others unless the problems above are solved.
