Unaccommodating staff, did not even help us with the luggage. Plus, they sounded like they’re talking behind our back only because we can’t understand their language.

Nice place, accessible location, great staff. The only problem was low pressure of water supply.

Everything was good except for the wifi, I stayed in room 205 and the wifi can hardly get into my room.

Overall, we love our stay at the hotel. Here's the list of the pros and cons staying in this hotel. by the way our room is at 3rd floor executive suite booked for 2 nights. Pros: 1. Near establishments. (There is an adjacent 7Eleven store, laundry shop and 10mins ride to SM iloilo and Festive walk Mall. 2. Accessible to transport vehicles. Right outside the hotel there are jeepneys, tricycles, taxis that can take you within the vicinity. I like the part where tricycles can take/ drive commuters in/out megaworld business center. I think you cannot see one here in manila particularly at BGC Taguig or Eastwood. Drivers were also hospitable and trustworthy. If I may add, language difficulty is a challenge but they were welcoming and will guide you even more. We also have our daytour pass at Gigantes island which is in Carles, this hotel is superb in location wise since the earliest trip of Van/buses going to Carles is at 4am and the fact that PearLi view is just a 10-15mins ride to the terminal, we actually recommend this hotel if you have the same itinerary with us. You don't have to wake up so early I guess. Also from carles our van goes back to Iloilo city, we just alight right outside the hotel because it's the common route going to dropoff terminal at Sm iloilo (mandurriao-jaro rd). It's just very convenient. 3. The lobby attendant is accommodating and easy to talk to. 4. Cr is clean and without molds. They do have hot water and that's what I like. They have complimentary towels (2), tissue, and some hygiene kit. 5. With complimentary 2 bottled water. 6. With clothes rack where you can hang your wet clothes from the island hopping. 7. There are many electrical outlet where you can simultaneously charge your gadgets. 8. Bed/pillows are soft and comfortable to sleep with. Cabinets are spacious. With television and dresser/dining table. 9. Near Jaro cathedral, Jaro plaza, Savemore and mercury drugs. Walking distance from the hotel. 10. Near pasalubong stores. I think 1 jeepney ride to Margecs cream horn, Biscocho haus at Jaro Plaza. Near also Lapaz public market for Netongs La paz batchoy. Cons: 1. Aircon is not cold even if it's at max level but still comfortable to be able to have good sleep. 2. No elevator. I think if you have many baggage this may not work out for you. Maybe you can ask for help bringing your things up. But for us it's okay since we pack light, just two backpacks. 3. When we arrived there, only present at the lobby is the attendant. They could have a security guard at post, most specially at night. For security of the guests. 4. There are small cockroaches inside the Cr, maybe insecticides will do. Suggestions: 1. Could have at least complimentary slippers for guests. 2. Regular pesticide application. 3. Should add bidet or pail and dipper in Cr 4. Guard at post. Haven't tried their food but from the menu, it is cheap and appetizing. Other than that we have a pleasant stay. And will definitely come again. Two thumbs up.

Good bed but no elevator. :-)

I got there in the afternoon when they gave me the room, and after walking 2 flight of stairs to my room with my luggage and no help, to find out I'm in dark concrete room with no widow other than to there dark storage area full of fungus and humidity smell, I walked down asked to change moved me up to fourth floor again no elevator I carry my bag and duffel bag to 4th floor. Got fixed shut window and smell, left the door open air it out. As I walked down to leave to smoke the front desk attendant stopped me asking me to sign as my charges PHP 3300, when I asked why my booking 2800 something she replied it's there policy and need to do that to settle your charges, I questioned it she just kept saying just sign it sir everyone has to do that and showing me other guest signing it, I refused and told her I'll check it and as I was smoking my companion walked down for them to stop her and ask her to sign which she did I had to go back and scratch the signature as in my opinion it's fraud (why do I need to sign on something I didn't agree on). Next as I'm washing my face and brushing my teeth I feel water under my feet as the drain leak the drainage (dirty water into the bathroom floor). Wifi they give you a pass word but zero signal in the room won't stay on TV works. It no reception cause there cable wire lose you have to hold it to see snow statics with shade of black and white screen As I tried to call the front desk there house phone has no calling or tone had to walk down again 4 stories to talk to them do no help to say there house phone not working AC weak and smelly room. I end up spending the night and find another hotel checking out and leaving after not evening completing one day stay of my 2 days booking (what a waste but worth it for my health). I had been exploring and travelling in the Philippine and Asia since August 2016, stayed at so many different hotels, motels, even pension homes by far this is the worst I had on health, service and product add to it try to fraud you. I would assume a jail cell would have much better air ventilation and healthier air to breath while you are sleep. I end up staying at the other hotel which is a 100 time if not 1000 time better with lower rates and better service, rooms, amphetamines bellman to help you as you walk out of the taxi to your room instead of under stair case front desk with sleeping guard on the bench by the door like you are walking into jail. Please let me know what was there deal and charges (3300) for and how do you justify it.

The room is cozy and comfortable. and bed is very soft. small yet enough for those travellers who wanted a place to rest.

The location is good. Friendly and helpful staff. On the other side, the building has no elevator and our room was on the 4th floor.

Solid room for the price. Poor WiFi signal inside room. Shower had low water pressure (low water supply)

Pros: Location, has a laundry shop just downstairs, easy to ask for a room service, restroom is great. Cons: Floor is very slippery (oily), no room has one big bed, a/c is being blocked by the 2nd bed so you have to move the bed around.

The place was overall nice and accessible. The staff just needs to be more friendly the next time they will cater customers.

The only thing we did not like s they have to be told to clean the room. And we experienced some biting insects which made us not to sleep.
