There is no slippers provided to the room. Room safety deposit box is too small for laptop. The level 3 room has only channels in Thai language whereas level 2 rooms has more than 50 channels in Thai, English and even Chinese language. Asked the reception and they just can't provide me the answer.

Good location. Not so far from night market. The room is full option. Paid promotion 500฿

Kami muslim. Hotel dekat dengan masjid dan makanan halal. Hanya hotel tidak memiliki lift.

There was some work in the hotel during my stay so it was noisy. Overall the hotel is ageing.

ห้องตกแต่งใหม่ สะอาดดีครับ แต่เวลาเปิดปิดประตูมีเสียงดังไปนิดหนึ่งโดยรวมดี

เสียงดังจากการซ่อมแซมปรับปรุง,วางของเกะกะไปหมด,ตอนเช้าตื่นมาก็มีแต่เสียงรบกวน,จะไม่ไปพักอีกแล้ว

Not really a new hotel, but everything was so good, specially the service. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, they helped us a lot. I appreciate the ice tray in the fridge, Chiang Mai this season is so hot, so the ice tray is really useful in many cases. Thanks Ratana for a wonderful experience in Chiang Mai!!!

Lokasi dekat dengan pasar malam. Hanya sayang tidak ada lift harus bawa koper sendiri ke lantai tiga. Kolam renang kecil.

โรงแรมสะอาด เตียงนุ่ม น้ำแรง ถือว่าดีค่ะ

Tempatnya enak, kalau cari makan gampang karena banyak yang jualan.

No lift. Have to use staircase with luggages until 3rd floor and for my age it's a bit stress.Shower water pressure poor and breakfast very disappointing.Tell them no more noodles but still no refill until time up for us to make a move.Should have go around and see what is almost going to finish and replenish it.Location wise its GREAT.

Great is for location. It's near the night market. As for hotel room, it's clean but no fridge and it's still okay but staying on 3rd floor, the water pressure poor. Breakfast very limited even when told them no butter they didn't refill but refill jam instead and no butter. You go late everything almost finish. The guy at reception always playing computer games and never bother to stand up and greet customers. One lady is very nice and another one no smile and grumpy.
