如果你经常入住，工作人员会记住你，这样你就不需要再缴纳押金就可以入住了。

房间太小，不适合带婴儿入住。

地理位置优越，历史名城。

工作人员友好，干净，周围有很多餐馆和小超市。

家人一起去ESC和婆罗洲医疗中心做体检还是挺不错的。

嘿！我只想说——我的住宿体验真的太棒了。每个人都超级好，房间一尘不染，温馨舒适，一切都让人感觉轻松惬意。地理位置也很棒——就在市区附近，而且离便利店也很近，非常方便。非常感谢！下次来这里我一定会再来的。

Hotelnya bagus dan nyaman, dekat kalo mau jalan-jalan

Great location at a very quaint street in the heart of the city.

The location is strategic! In front of the hotel, there is a small supermarket, which is easy for us to get some necessities and all. The staff was friendly, and the room is nice. We got the most top level, and there's no sound disturbing from the road-site. Quite near to the waterfront if I walk, but for elderly people, it may be too tiring or far to walk there.

Good hotel, on main bus route to orangutans, can walk to riverside in 10-15 minutes.

I lost 2 cans of soda in the refrigerator as i was asked to move from 1 room to another due to occupancy rate. However, when I asked for 2 cans of soda in the previous room, the lobby staff only gave us 1 back and told us another 1 might be taken by the cleaning staff. I was so disappointed as there is no responsibility over this matter. The cleaning staff said they do not know where is the other can of soda. A bunch of irresponsible staff. Please becareful of your belongings if you are to choose to stay at this hotel.

Harganya pas dan posisi nya enak cari makan serta kamar bersih dan nyaman.

Clean and simple hotel with a great location, where you can get food just 50 m away and walk around to the riverfront. Breakfast has very little choice and should provide more variety and not the same menu every day.

Location is great. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is average. However, cleanliness can be improved, especially the towels.

Love this hotel so much, will back again and again.

Nice & clean room. However the room was not sound proof. You can listen to people running around upstairs.
