The receptionist very nice person, helping us for keeping our bicycle safely and the others receptionist also friendly. Room all OK 👍🏻.

Macam rumah tumpangan 😂 kawasan luar bilik memang bersih. Toilet dan cadar taklah bersih sgt.

No tv channel. Hotel still not upgrade their tv channel to mytv :(

I was really disappointed with this hotel, I booked for four nights and the next day I already check out because the room was really dirty and gross. The owner of this hotel was rude and kept yelled at me when I asked nicely about the refund, he kept talked that his hotel was cleaned and gave the good services for his customer, and can you imagine, the owner and staff were not professional when we asked for iron, they were playing mahjong at the back, The room smelled really awful like someone just smoked in my room eventhough I asked for non smoking room. I’m strongly advised , find other hotel rather than this hotel !

The walls are old. Staffs drinking and making noises downstairs and I can completely hear them in my room upstairs. The toilet is clean and spacious. Overall 3/5.

We had deluxe queen room with window on 2nd floor. Comfortable bed and complimentary 2 bottles of mineral water daily. Bedroom and bathroom is clean and water pressure is good. No lift. The hotel is by the Perak River so the view is lovely. There are 2 restaurants within 5 min walking distance. Check in and check out process is a breeze. We enjoyed our stay.

The room condition is bad. The wall of the room are dotted. Room sheets are smelly and there is clutter on the bed. Room door are damaged.

Worth for value for budget hotel

The room that were suppose to be ours had water leaking, probably because of rain. we were suggested to upgrade to another better room for rm7. totally worth it. the owner is very friendly when we asked for receipt.

Booked queen bed window room, and already paid for it, but when I reach the hotel, they say all the window room taken...the room given to me was small as well. Ready dissatisfied.

Bajet hotel Baru. WiFi laju. Tekanan air bagus. Bilik sederhana besar. Layanan Ok.

Should improve on cleanliness.
