房间干净宽敞，价格也很实惠。

2025年12月5日，我在Tenera Hotel Bangi度过了一段美好的时光。房间宽敞、干净、舒适，设施齐全，让我度过了一个轻松愉快的假期。酒店员工热情友好、乐于助人，并且始终细致周到，从入住到退房，都让我倍感宾至如归。酒店设施一流，我尤其喜欢这里宁静的氛围和便利的地理位置。总而言之，这是一次令人愉快的入住体验，我一定会再次光临。

舒适干净，下次还会再去。

工作人员服务非常好。他们彬彬有礼地协助我，让顾客感到非常舒适，也很乐意再次光临。

好的，就是这样。自驾且需要从酒店前往外部商务场所的客人可能会受到停车费的轻微影响。男性员工，尤其是那些担任晚班前台的男性员工，需要学习职业道德。区分你作为员工的品质和你的个性。

还行。我只是觉得前台（中午值班）的男员工应该多学点前台礼仪。另外，入住凯和酒店或希尔顿酒店的登记客人可免停车费。或许Tenera酒店也想效仿。

Tenera Hotel 一切都令人满意。干净的。早餐选择丰富。下次可以住久一点。感谢所有以微笑为客人服务的 Tenera 员工。

Very upset because need to pay for parking which is free compared to others hotel.

Easy checked in. Big room, nice breakfast buffet. Parking provided.

1st dapat bilik biasa seperti dibooking tapi ada banyak lipas kecil-kecil. Report kepada staff dan request tukar bilik. Supervisor hotel tukar dan terus upgrade kepada family room FOC. Terima kasih.

Semuanya memang terbaik. Bilik, toilet, kebersihan, parking, breakfast, swimming pool, layanan staff 👍🏻✅.

Overall, it was a good stay, except for the breakfast. It was terrible that day. We started having our breakfast at 9 AM, but the foods were all gone. Finished. Not even bread or coffee. And no effort to refill it, very bad experience.

1. Room is placed near generator/compressor? Noisy all night until it shut down. 2. No teeth brush set given. 3. Standee lamp inside room not working. It is not bad, but okay. But the noise, I can't compromise about it.

The food was really delicious. Pillow and bed are really comfortable. Toilet is clean. Ample parking. Opposite of this hotel got a night market on Tuesday night. Nice smell upon entering the hotel lobby.

They gave level 16 room which is very smelly & musty, however thanks to the receptionist, she allow me to change my room to level 8. Pleasant room, no weird smell, air conditioner & water heater functioning well, water presure very strong & very comfy bed & pillow. Delicious Breakfast buffet with lots of choices.

Pleasant stay. Check in smooth. Bed so comfortable. Sparkling clean. Variety of breakfast menu but many guest and long que to take food. No problem with parking space. All facilities function well.

Stayed during Hari Raya Aidiladha. Accommodation & facilities are good. But a bit frustrated with breakfast menu. Even though quite varieties but there are few food are cold, even half boiled egg are cold.
