Just remember when hotel give you the 3rd storey room, please change and don't stay if unable to change

Lokasi tidak sesuai di Map, kami pilih hotel ini karena ditulis lokasi 230 m dari rs kpj puteri, namun kenyataannya jauh dari RSnya. Selain itu, Room yang kami dapat terletak di luar gedung hotel yang terletak diparkiran mobil, jadi sangat tidak nyaman. Belum lagi sangat kedengaran suara dari atas dan sebelah dengan keluar masuknya mobil.

Kamar nyaman, luas, bersih, pelayanan bagus cuma ke lantai 2 tidak ada liftnya.

I took apartment, 2 bedroom 1 hall. The apartment was nice. Breakfast was good. They have a beautiful lobby. Parking was okay. It just they took higher rate of deposit. Overall was a great stay !

This is a 3-stars hotel rated as 4-stars. I booked for 2 nights, these are real experienced comments: - AC is not uniform from room-to-room. My room got the broken one. They couldn't fix it, or refused to fix it; because on the 2nd night after requesting a fix, the problem is not solved - No engineers as staff. They use the same bell-boy for dining staff, house-keeping staff, and room service staff. Maybe this is why our AC couldn't be fixed - Non-Smoking rooms are still smoking-odored. The staff couldn't restrict guests who are smoking in the non-smoking floors. Instead, they ONLY used air refresher to get rid of the smell while the smokers still smoked all day & night long. - Hotel with no Elevator. There are only 3 floors, but no elevators.

Everything was great except 2 things. The air conditioner broke down 2 times and quite noisy sometimes. No elevator to go up to level 2.

Bed ok, WiFi so bad. toiletries not so good. few item don't have. mineral water hotel should provide. Keep going to improve

Formerly know as embassay hotel and service apartment. now change to G5 nice and comfortable hotel but swimming pool and gym still upgrading near to eatery and convenient
