干净整洁，地点好，办理手续快，值得推荐，床和被子都蛮舒服好睡

Aircond panas. Lepas tu cleaner banyak terlupa barang mau ditukar. Kena remind tiap hari. Yang lain ok.

ada tompok2 leakage di siling. Tilam ada rasa gatal2 disebabkan hama. Internet memang laju. Servis staf sangat okey.

Sangat baik keadaan bilik, cuma masa daftar masuk agak lambat. Bilik belum siap pada jam 2 petang. Wifi perlahan. Keseluruhannya baik !

Room size is OK for the price tag. Shower water is hot enough and all basic amenities included, with DVD player, mini bar and hair dryer (I found torchlight is included in the room too). However, the air conditioner is not that cool during my stay. Location is acceptable as is near to certain campus, Bintulu Central bus stop, and a lot of eateries and cafes nearby. Grab is available on most of the time nearby the area too. The hotel staff is friendly for requests and knowledgeable on the nearby shops for a first timer to Bintulu. There are still some room to improve for the hotel. Recommended for the price tag and will stay there again if I have the chance to visit Bintulu in the future.

A new and nice place to stay, except there is no breakfast. The room was clean. In average, ok.
