Dear member who prepare booked this hotel for vacation or holiday at Melaka We have booked 2 nights and 2 days at this hotel Actually it doesn’t have anything to say if that hotel perfect like there person rated and reviewed before After traveling a long distance and being very tired, we finally reached Melaka - First of all When we arrived there the hotel was closed all the door and don’t have anyone inside to guide us contact to +60 11 5875 0171 no-one answer texted also then we call for another phone number +60 6 282 8284 it’s the guy open the door for us he is receptionist Haha in the end what comes will come :)) The receptionist’s attitude and behavior doesn’t kindly and friendly he smoked and get drunk but anyway I understanding and forgot it cause I quit tired and wanna check in faster to take a rest. The second, finally I got the key of my room have booked OMG all of you can not feel my feel that time. The room is too small and too smelly + even though they have information warning that no smoking inside the room but this room has a smoke smell and wet smells Alright die beginning I take off clothes and go to shower you guys don’t understand that my feel so bad the water tap has broken, dirty and moldy sink. Everything not like the commitment of the hotel’s owner and like the pictures they posted :’( Everything equipment not working well and everything got dirty. Next I back to the receptionist and requested may he change for me another room (u guys can imagine he said?) At first, he said that the hotel had no rooms after talking for a while, but he said if I wanted to change rooms, I had to pay more 40rm. Even I saw too many keys and empty room available… Summarizing I will not recommend that hotel for there guys who prepare visit Melaka for holiday or vacation I thought that after the Covid-19 pandemic period they would be better prepared to welcome tourists but it was really bad I hope that the owner and the receptionist will read this comment and have changed. Finally, I wanna say thank you to there kindly people at Melaka who treated me and help me during my period vacation Thank to D’hotel treated me like that 😌

Bilik takde tv. Space bilik kecik. Lantai pecah-pecah. Sangat teruk.

tv no channel, no water, toiletries have to pay each rm1.

Bilik air berbau, air kecik sangat. Mandi pon tak bersih.

The bed isn't comfortable even though is King Room. And there's a kinda fragrance inside the room that kinda hurt the eyes. It's clean though. That's more important. Okla. Can stay for a night... Affordable.

Hotelnya bagus, kamar bagus, kamar mandi besar, airnya juga bagus. Harga terjangkau cuma hotelnya tidak ada lift itu saja.

Selesa. Saya memilih room family. Boleh muat 4 orang. Cuma air con x brape sejuk.

I’ve reserved the hotel for 2 night but only able to stay for one night and let the other one night (money) burn due to the hotel have a very badsmell. (bau jamban). The room is not the same like in the picture at all. Please consider to stay here.

The hotel is in a good location within reach of many popular destinations and transport. The room was clean and tidy and all utilities worked well. The staff was very obliging and informative. Will definitely stay there again if I am in Malaka.

there is no second time, there is no food stall nearby around 8, the bed sheet is yellowish, broken hot water machine, no tea-maker provided, no lift, the paint on the wall is disappointed. The picture is very different from actual room. very disappointed. making my one day here trip spoiled.

Avoid staying if you were given the 3rd floor. Can't sleep as the sounds from the roof top will make your entire stay a nightmare. Sounds of water pump or exhaust fan will annoy you every time anyone turn on their water pipe.

Pintu masuk agak rosak sedikit. Pintu toilet perlu dibaiki. Sediakan tiket parking untuk pelanggan. Yang lain semua okay.

All is good but my room door lock is broken and I am scared because my things will be stolen. Please do it fast.

Difficult to find nearest food

Toilet room very smelly. Bed sheet and duvet not change. Very dirty.

So great, but for food, need to walk for 1km.
