Toilet not clean properly. Water filter not function. The sheets have a slightly unpleasant smell. The color of the sheets is a bit unpleasant.

Sangat tak puas hati! Ruang bilik yang sempit. Tiada ruang untuk solat. Bilik panas. Air sangat perlahan. Flush tandas kena refill sendiri air 😠 First time check in hotel hanya dpt seketul sabun may yang kecik sedangkan book bilik family. Walaupun memang bawa sendiri, tapi first time jumpa hotel sedemikian. Cadar kotor, bertompok kuning sana sini, bantal nipis, sangat tidak selesa untuk tidur. Tiada lif, dapat bilik tingkat 2 dan sangat tidak sesuai jika anda bercuti membawa ibu dan ayah anda. Jika hanya untuk tidur sahaja tanpa kemana mana mungkin sesuai. Bila malam kedua dapat pula jiran sebelah bilik yang bersuka ria pukul 2 ke 3 pagi time orang lena diulit mimpi. Sampai kena tinggikan suara suruh diam baru faham bahasa nak diam. Harap manusia macam tu pupus sahaja dari muka bumi ni, menyusahkan orang lain untuk berehat. Secara kesimpulannya, baiklah anda pilih hotel yang lebih sesuai untuk bercuti sekiranya berada di cameron highland. Sangat tidak direkomenkan untuk anda tidur di hotel ini.

Terlalu buruk, tiada aircond tiada kipas laporan pada yang jaga meja daftar tidak dipedulikan mereka, banyak alasan yang diberi, inilah hotel terburuk yang saya pernah duduki dari seluruh Malaysia termasuk sabah dan sarawak, ciri-ciri keselamatan pun lansung tidak dititikberatkan. Tidak rekemen sama sekali. Very bad everything is not a good place for tourist to stay.

Pada jam 9 pm bekalan air tiada dalam bilik mandi/tandas,terpaksa pindah bilik dari tkt1 ke tkt2, air juga tak banyak, bimbang terputus bekalan air, terpaksa beli air botol mineral.

They are no staff when i arrive there, i call also not answered, already inform will arrive at the hotel early on the morning and lastly have to sleep at car.

Very satisfied, great budget hotel, good location

Sangat tidak memuaskan, sampai pintu bilik tak bertutup, cadar dan selimut kotor, sarung bantal takde. TV ada tapi remote takda, water heater tak function, toilet tak boleh flush dan kotor dengan harga rm155, sangat tak berbaloi dan mengecewakan, harap dapat pertingkatkan lagi kualiti servis hotel.

Kalau di tahun 70an hotel in dikira hebat. Faham-fahamlah sekarang era tahun 2018.

There's cockroach and the room have no toiletries as shown in ad. Slow wifi. Old and dirty bedsheet. No fan. Not worth the price.

It's so great and prices were negotiable.. nice one..

The room was dirty and all the bed sheet and blanket were dirty too like never wash it, there are still so many stains there. Even they never mop or clean the fan until the dust was super a lot there and the service was bad too.

Harga mahal tak berbaloi dengan fasilitas. Wifi pon xde. Dalam booking tulis ada kipas ada aircond, huhuhu. Senang cerita takkan stay lagi disini.

Tempat tidur tidak nyaman. Sprei dan selimut tidak bersih. Tidak dianjurkan untuk yang ingin menginap bersama keluarga.

Terbaik, service ok, tapi perlu pertingkat lagi, perlu kemas lagi bilik untuk keselesaan pelanggan, harga berpatutan.

Very bad hotel. tv only 1 channel. the cleanliness is bad. bed sheet have a stain. no recommended at all, only the location is nice

They should do housekeeping in the room on time. We arrived 2 hours late than check in time, but still we get dirty room, unchanged bed sheets, trash on the table. Rm150 was not worth at all. I hope they can improve on their service.

Not recommended for family vacation.

The cleanliness is not satisfying since I was having a baby. The bed sheet also looks like not changing after customer checked out. Thanks. Please improve for further.
