Untuk kamar beda dengan yang di foto, lumayan bagus tp bersih dan yang paling berkesan adalah pelayanannya, stafnya ramah² sopan dan baik. Gak nyesel deh pilih hotel ini. Btw kalo mau nginep sekarang hotel tidak menyediakan sikat gigi ya.

Hotel bagus sekali dan nyaman, lokasi juga langsung di depan pantai dimana speed boat bisa langsung bersandar, penjaga sangat baik pelayanannya. Sangat recommended.

It’s amazingly comfortable. Room were clean, and very nice view. Unfortunately we stayed for 2 nights but no turndown service and make up room. But overall is worth it. Definitely will be back with feedback solving hopefully.

Location is the best thing of this Hotel, we can just walk from fast boat. During our visit they didn't provide breakfast due to renovation which will be finished in July, but the renovation did not bother us at all. Others are ok, except the water is a little bit salty and they did not provide shower cap. The best room is Deluxe Garden View located in 1st floor because the hotel don't have elevators

I extend my stay for one more night. So I have to move to another room because previous room not available for that day. I moved to the apartment type, and the room still amazing. It was a large room, king size bed with clean linen, big window to let the airbreeze come in, wonderful bathroom with natural ingredients of toiletries, hairdryer, great hot water. This accomodation really an escape after your whole day out. I’m thinking would be better to add more channel for tv cable.

Terima kasih pesanan kami sudah di upgrade ke family suite untuk mengganti 2 kamar standard yang kami pesan sebelumnya. Lokasinya tepi pantai sehingga sangat dekat dengan singgah kapal. Sangat dekat dengan area kafe, sewa sepeda dan hiburan lainnya. Sayang sedang direnovasi sehingga sedikit mengganggu kenyamanan keluar masuk hotel. Semoga cepat beres.

Really enjoy my stay in Beach House Resort. Eventhough renovation still running, but the room very clean, tidy, and not noisy at all. Overall the room very ok, just the water bit salty. The staff very friendly and helpful. This is my 1st time in Gili Trawangan and I am solo traveller, this place and the staff make you feel so welcomed. The location also very strategic, near the port, beach front and many cafes surround. Def will be back to this place later.

Hotel nyaman dan pelayanan baik.

Resort sedang dalam perbaikan. Bagian depan penuh dengan bahan-bahan bangunan, namun pelayanan baik. Karyawan sangat ramah dan membantu. Lokasi sangat strategis, dekat dengan titik keramaian dan pasar malam. Saat datang, shower kamar mandi sempat mati, namun karyawan tanggap dan langsung memperbaiki. Oke.

The hotel close to central activities. Even though the property under renovation, our room is still ok, clean and also the towels (still white) The staff is friendly. Overall stay we are happy

Waktu saya menginap sedang ada renovasi. Entrance renovasi terlihat kurang baik, namun saat masuk kamar, kondisi kamar sangat sangat bersih dan bagus sekali. Fasilitas juga lengkap mulai dari kamar mandi air panas, teko air panas, TV cable, dan lain-lain. Very recommended.

Despite renovation, they have great service and great rooms.
