I was very disappointed. When we check in the room was smell like mole and smoking. And they change to the different room for us but the key was not working so we wait for a long time in the heat. They didn't turn on the air-conditioning in the hallway. And then I was so mad I was gonna cancel and then they moved to the different area is that but still I'm not drill about it. Breakfast it was awful. The coffee was cold. Everything was really really not is really a food.

A good basic hotel, which is usefully located for the locality. It does not have the glamour or prestige of the nearby Mira Central Park but is usually significantly cheaper whilst still being clean, free from prostituting and well run, with good service. The breakfast buffet has a good range of choice and whilst the decoration could probably do with a refurb, I would heartily recommend this place for the traveller who isn't obsessed with super high end hotels. If you are a white and Asian couple then please be prepared to show a copy of a marriage certificate to check in to the same room together!

I had a very nice stay there. Whilst the hotel is a little tired and could do with a refurb, the staff were excellent, the breakfast good and the location very good. If you're looking for a reasonably priced, well located hotel in this area then I would highly recommend it. Just don't expect the Ritz!

The hotel room is spacious but the door is shrinking. Can see through the room from outside.

Khách sạn nằm ở trung tâm, tiện đi lại. Nhưng phòng hơi cũ. Phía trước khách sạn có cà phê và quán bánh canh khá nổi tiếng. Ăn sáng lần này hình như ít chăm chút hơn những lần trước chúng tôi ở.

Thái độ tiếp tân không thân thiện. Chất lượng & dịch vụ không xứng với chi phí. Khách san gần đường tàu khá ồn.

Nhân viên khách sạn (nam) không nhiệt tình. Cứng nhắc. Nói chuyện với khách thái độ rất khó chịu.

No one can speak English and very hard to communicated. Staff are friendly and helpful but still language problem.

Máy lạnh không tốt. Bạn mình đặt phòng (giường đôi và đơn) tuy nhiên chỉ cho ở 2 người! Người thứ 3 phụ thu 30%!!!! Quá vô lý! Có sự phân biệt đối với khách đặt qua online và khách thường!

The room we got in Dong Nai Hotel was not like they show on the picture in web. The room was very dirty and on the wall was black mold. The hotel didn't wanted to help or clean the room. Our stay in Dong Nai Hotel was a completely disappointment and the staff was very unfriendly. The breakfast was very bad and didn't taste well. The food was not fresh. The room service wake us 2 times up at 7:30 and 8:00 AM while we were still sleeping! The breakfast close at 9:00 AM, which is very early. We checked out earlier than we booked and they didn't wanted to pay any money back.

It's worth for your money. Breakfast needs to be improved.
