It was our first time traveling to Sibu. We stayed in H Homestay for 2 nights and I really recommend this place! First of all, 2 days before we arrived, Anthony (the owner) contacted us through whatsapp and asked us about our time of arrival, our kind of transportation and how we planned to go the homestay. We told him we're gonna go there by bus, will arrive at 12 pm and we don't mind taking a Grab car to the homestay. Turned out on the arrival day, he managed to pick us up in the bus terminal although we were 2 hours late. At the homestay, his family welcomed us and they're super friendly and helpful. The homestay is a 2 floors house, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper floor and 1 bathroom and a small kitchen on the ground floor. My room is quite spacious with AC and a fan. When we entered the room, they already turned the AC and fan on so the room was cool. They also served 3 cans of chrysantemum tea and two big bottles of shampoo and soaps just in case we needed one. After checking in, they kindly offered to take us around or just dropped us anywhere anytime if we needed to. How kind! The next morning we asked him again to pick us up and dropped us at the Central market, he even patiently driving us around to find money changer and a nice breakfast. At night we need to check out at 1.30 AM to catch a bus home. Anthony and his mom kindly waited and dropped us safely to the bus terminal. Overall, we had great time in Sibu and will definitely come back to stay here again. Thank you very much Anthony and family for making us feel exactly like home :D
