Super comfy and strategic place to stay

Bathroom dirty. Mattress worn out. Air-Conditional noisy

Staff sangat baik. Malah saya dapat tukar ke bilik yang lebih selesa. Cuma satu ja hotel ni tak de lift.

It a nice place to stay but the bad side is need use the stair to going up level 3. If in future can have the lift it more be okay. But the rooms and the night at there is nice .

Great. nice deco! Give me some inspiration for my future house. All the facilities is good, room clean, aircond function well but the customer service not so friendly. need put a smile on her face its more better to make customer happy. ☺️ But all awesome!

The hotel location is strategic because nearby 7E , grocery store , restaurants , Maybank and etc . The hotel don’t have lift and the lobby is simple nice ambience . It is boutique and modern design hotel . It is value the money you spend here .

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, comfortable bed and the price matched with the facilities provided.

Although I have already expected the hotel to have no elevator I was disappointed that on the first two days of my stay no towels were provided until on the third day where I have requested for room to be cleaned only was it given. As there was no elevator and no phone in the room to contact the front desk I would have needed to crawl down and up 4 floor of stairs to request for it. Thankfully I had my own prepared. Toilet was constantly leaking water however pressure and heater were working fine. Air conditioning acceptable but took too long to cool down the room and it was quite loud if anyone with low tolerance might be disturbed by the noise.

overall, our stay at monaco was average. the staff kinda helpful. I need to ask 1 by 1 for her to assist us. our room was at the 3rd floor. the stairs not that convenient. parking lot for those who bring their car to KK is so inconvenient. No parking & difficult to find 1. I have to go around for countless time to park my car which is quite far from the hotel itself.

Nice, clean and spacious room but a little bit disappointed since the air conditioner not functioning well. It took hours to feel the cold air. They also didn't have iron board and it was hard for me to use the iron.

Nothing special since it’s budget boutique hotel. Value for money

Penginapan ok. Kemudahan harus ditingkatkan, lif tiada, sukarkan turun naik penginap, tiada kemudahan untuk parking kereta.

Keadaan bilik yang sangat selesa dan tempat yang strategik, sesuai untuk keluarga datang bercuti.

Penginapan nyaman dan bersih, hanya saja harus menggunakan tangga hingga lantai 3.

It's clean. Simple and homely. Only issue there is no lift. 4 floors
