ห้องพักสะอาด กว้าง แอร์เย็น แต่ห้องอาบน้ำใช้ลำบากมาก เล็กแคบไม่มีที่ไว้แขวนผ้าใดๆ พนักงานต้อนรับดี โดบร่วมโอเค

nhân viên dễ thương, chỉ dẫn rất nhiệt tình. gần bến xe, khách sạn rất đẹp dọn vệ sinh rất kỹ nhé ❤️

This hotel has seen better days. It is not well maintained and the price I paid for what I received was certainly not worth it.

มางานวิ่งที่แม่ฮ่องสอน อยู่ใกล้สถานที่วิ่งและใกล้ของกิน

ห้องดี แต่มีกลิ่นอับนิดหน่อยควรปรับปรุง

Clean and friendly staffs. Spacious room great value.

Stayed here for 1 night and everything was so nice, we have a quite large room compared to the discounted price we got from Traveloka. Bathroom and toilet are separated and quite small but for a short stay and good price, it's a really good deal.

We had a trip through northern Thailand and always chose B2 hotels to stay because of good location, hotel service and room facilities-worth the price. We had some issues at the hotel but the hotel manager promptly showed up and resolved them. We really appreciate that.

ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะอาด มีกาแฟฟรีในห้องพัก น้ำเปล่าสองขวด ที่เป่าผม แชมพู สบู่ เจลอาบน้ำ หมอนมีสองใบ ควรจะมีห้องละ สี่ใบ มีสระว่ายน้ำ ปิดสามทุ่ม พนักงานสุภาพพูดจาไพเราะ บริการดีมาก

สภาพห้องพักโทรม ไม่เหมือนภาพตัวอย่าง เสียงห้องข้างๆดังลอดมา

สะอาด เดินทางสะดวก แต่ห้องน้ำแคบมากก

Very bad service, the manager had bed attitude, cannot accepted.

Badly! B2 ⭐ deserve with 01 ⭐️. Không support KH upgrade phòng, chỉ focus charge phòng mới & không support KH mặc dù đã làm việc với bên thứ ba: Traveloka xác nhận hổ trợ khi checkin. Dịch vụ quá tệ không hỗ trợ KH chuyển vali mặc dù đã nhờ (Manager say mặc dù nhân viên vẫn ready support). Nhân viên trực đêm chưa được trang bị đủ kỹ năng xử lý tình huống & tiếng anh chưa đủ để trao đổi thông tin với KH. Toilet thiết kế nước tràn ra sàn bên ngoài.
