一切都很好。非常适合孩子。早餐也不错。真的很好...有很多食物可供选择。工作人员从预订前到入住到退房过程都很乐于助人。并且非常了解周边地区和马六甲的情况。👍🏻👍🏻

Terbaik untuk anak-anak, berseronok. Sepatutnya percuma sahaja tanpa byrn tambahan untuk pool. Itu lebih menyeronokkan

Facility is OK but cleanliness is terrible especially the bathroom. Also carpet at the lift area need to change, so old.

Bad review. Dirty pool. Dirty water. Dirty room. Unfunction iron. Never come again to this hotel. Rate RM200 + but the service very bad. Only the receptionist okey. All about this hotel is 👎.

Nice resort to stay, nice waterpark, nice breakfast.

The kid enjoy the activities to the max. The price include brfst, water park, indoor playground. They also have library. Please expect the room the furniture as it worn out but don't care as long as the kid happy!

Tandas tak memuaskan. Sinki tersumbat, stopper bath tub dan sinki tiada. So tak boleh mandi guna bath tub. Bantal nipis sangat sakit tengkuk. So rating saya: Kebersihan bilik: 3/5 Tandas: 2/5 Sarapan: 4/5 (not bad untuk harga sebegitu) Facilities kanak-kanak: 5/5 Facilities kanak-kanak like taman tema, kidzone memang meriah.

Sampai sahaja untuk checkin dah spoilkan mood. Beratur panjang. Proses sangat lembab. Penat berdiri. Keadaan bilik tidak memuaskan. Bilik lama dan berabuk. Tilam pun dah rasa spring. Maknanya dah lama. Pihak hotel kurang kemudahan dan staff tiada inasiatif untuk menolong penghuni hotel. Samasa hujan. Nak pinjam payung untuk ke kereta pun tak ada. Dahlah parking jauh. Cuma swimming pool anak-anak suka. Lain harap pihak hotel boleh perbaiki. Buka hnya nak untung lepas PKP

Best lah. Banyak kali stay sini sebab ade indoor playground. Outdoor pool yang besar & plg best ade kids pool. Makanan okay aje lah.

A great place to stay. Very good place for kids, especially age 4-12yrs old. The hotel was really awesome! Not to forget the pool and water theme parks! Except I had a bad experience there. I applied for suite and stated for a non-smoking room since I have 2 small kids with me. But, I received a smoking room at first (new wing - the room was nice except for the smell), the room was near to the lift, so I asked for a change at the reception. Then, the receptionist gave a room at the old wing that is near the end (really creepy) and also some of the stuff in the room are not working, especially the fridge and rhe shower is broken, the door is old and it's hard to flush the toilet. Luckily, the air-conditioning is okay. The receptionist didn't mention about the room is old or anything. It is quite unsatisfying because I'm trying to celebrate my 5th anniversary and it ruined my mood a little. Hope the receptionist could be considerate in the future. Thank you.

Sesuai untuk santai mandi2..Saya bagi 4Bintang..😀 insyaallah nanti akan repeat lagi.. 😁 Tempat pon cantik.. safety pon Bagus ada yang jaga kat kolam..👍
