The room look nice but bad cleanliness, carpet was so dirty, all of us feeling itchy because the dust

Room was nice but the comfort room was not so good there was flying bugs in the toilet of such an reputed hotel which we very disappointing. I did informed the Management for same they just said. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

the hotel is clean and nice not humid even though the check-in process is a bit long because it is during high season. the room is comfortable

Harga dan fasilitas tidak sesuai. Kamar tidak ada bathtub, karpet bau, kamar pengap, berdebu untuk hotel seharang 2, 1 jadi tahu sangat tidak memuaskan dan tidak termasuk sarapan.
