Centre of town. Great hotel with nice breakfast spread

Centre location and the room was up to date and very comfortable.

The hotel located in the center of Bintulu Central next to Bintulu main bus station. Many shops and restaurants or cafes around. Very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Hotel rooms are clean and good. Bed and pillows are so comfy and enjoyable during the stay.

I booked for king deluxe room but when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there's no king deluxe room available. How is this possible because I had booked the room few days before our arrival. I was given twin room instead of king room. But, I'm glad that the receptionist called the housekeeper to combine the bed for us.

This hotel has the best staff on their counter, polite, friendly, and best of all welcoming. They got some confusion on tourist tax with me and my colleagues, but it was shorted out after, and took some effort to contact their account side to issue us the receipts. Overall, it was pleasant stay and it was nice hotel.

Sudah semestinya Prmoenade Hotel Bintulu adalah hotel yang paling strategik di tengah bandar pusat Bintulu. Layanan yang peramah dari frontliner (FO, security, dan lain-lain), bilik yang sungguh cantik, indah, bersih, lengkap dengan semua facility seperti sabun, shampoo, kopi, teh, dan lain-lain membuat saya rasa bangga seperti rumah bagi saya. Semua kemudahan senang didapati, seronok saya menginap di hotel ini, dan juga sekitarnya amat bersih sekali, dan tak lupa juga sarapan pagi makanan buffet bertaraf 5 bintang. Saya bagi sebab semua maca-macam ada. Wow. International buffet breakfast, yummy, delicious. Saya akan datang menginap di hotel ini lagi pada masa yang akan datang. Terima kasih Promenade Hotel Bintulu, ibarat rumah banglo bagi saya, muah.

Great breakfast, good services but the toilet cleanliness to improve especially at shower area. The level 8 ceiling leaking also to make good. Thank you.

Booked a twin room for two adults with breakfast. They only give breakfast for one (1) person and the other will be an extra charge. Such b*hit. Breakfast should be made for two. Every ither hotel in Malaysia had done so.
