很棒。房间很宽敞，加一张床也很舒服。很喜欢这次入住体验。早餐也很美味。

入住手续办理非常便捷，工作人员热情周到。停车位充足，附近还有多家餐馆，方便品尝当地美食。

房间宽敞干净，离市中心有点远，因为离机场比较近。

The front desk staff, a lady, helped me in providing a good offer on the hotel rate for a one-night extension.

Good location & good facility, but unfortunately the reception desk not that friendly as I expected.

Hotel sangat nyaman dan bersih, jarak sangat dekat dengan bandara Senai sehingga tidak perlu terburu-buru mengejar flight.

Overall experience was pleasant. The kids' room/kids' area was well stocked and spacious, providing kids much awaited excitement and for parents (to have a breather), while kids enjoy the play. Highlighting this may attract more family holiday goers. Note: Parking is spacious and clean, but added presence of security personnel (doing rounds) would be great.

Lokasi hotel dekat dengan airport, hanya perlu waktu 20 menit saja dari hotel. Ke Johor Bahru Outlet Premium juga dekat, sekitar 30 menit saja. Menginap di Impiana sangat nyaman, bersih, fasilitas lengkap ada setrika, hair dryer dan harga terjangkau. All are ok.

Great place to stay, not too far from the airport and JPO, great hospitality and services, the room and bathroom are nice also.

The check-in was smooth with the help from Ms. Atiqah. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious, although the bedside lamp needs to be changed. The cleanliness was great. Unfortunately, there was a party in the pool and there's some noise that we can hear from our room. I hope the room was more sound proof. And only 10 minutes to the Senai Airport and to Johor Premium Outlets. They have the shuttle also. Very hassle-free if you want to go there. Good price 💕.
