Good hotel i like it

Friendly staff. Good location accessibility to all places near hotel. Nice room and clean with the view. One small things can make it room service a-bit long hours easy to guests for oder foods.

We got a partial sea view, it 's beautiful. The breakfast quality has dropped.

Pleasant to stay with nice seaview from the room. Spacious building. Staff very friendly. Will repeat again next time!

Have shared a good experience with this hotel on my previous stays but unfortunately not for this time. After entered into the room, found I was given a connecting room. Going for short vacation to rest and relax but the room given was not comfortable at all. Do call front desk to change to other room because too noisy with the next room guest talking so loud, kids shouting, playing and knocking the connecting door but they refused with reason there's no other room available and ALL rooms was fully booked. I went there on weekdays. The swimming pool and surrounding area also looks like not well maintained. So my vacation day and night to rest and relax in the hotel room wasted.

A nice hotel apartment located within walking distance to the beach. Check in is smooth and easy. The staff is kind and polite. My apartment is in 9th floor. The unit is big and clean. The view also awesome. Definitely will come back again next time.

Everything was oke. Except 1 air conditioner in the penthouse room not functioning well.

Hotel area is convenient. Near to a lot of amenities. However, 2 things needed to be massively improve. Lift waiting time is unacceptable, and room cleanliness need to be improve as well.

我和妻子在这家酒店度过了愉快的两天一夜假期。酒店的设施和房间都很棒。然而，我住的房间浴室的推拉门有点问题。电视频道非常有限。走廊走道也有点脏。我看到地板上散落着用过的口罩。我知道维护这么大的酒店并不容易，但我希望管理层能够改进。酒店周边环境优美，有很多餐厅和便利店。酒店的私人花园和海滨维护得很好，也是散步的好地方，但晚上会关闭。至于公共花园，海滨也是散步的好去处，可以欣赏到美丽的海景。虽然早餐有点简单，但还可以接受，而且布置得也很好。停车场很方便，既位于大楼的上层，也位于大楼外。所有工作人员都非常友好。我们非常开心和满意，下次度假我一定会再来的。

Bathroom clogged drain for room S8-10B. Please get management to fix it.

Great location and the room was very clean.

Good and fast service during check in and check out. Room was clean even after 2years pkp with very good presure shower. Got veriety of breakfast with SOP in placed.

Bath room water sink is clog. No bath mat is available. Room cleanliness need to be improved.

Bilik yang luas, bersih, cantik le view dari balkoni nampak laut. Bilik air pun selesa. Nak makan macam2 ada kat bawah tu je. Mlm ada food truck siap ada busker sekali. Memang terbaik.

Need improvement.. Need to do a lot maintenance.. But do understand it's because of the cmco and Covid19.
