Disappointing Stay – Needs Improvement. Stayed at this hotel and had a pretty unpleasant experience. The room had a strong smoke smell, which was really bad. The soap dispenser was empty, and instead of proper facial tissues, there was only a toilet roll. The floor was sticky, as if it hadn't been mopped properly. The front desk staff could use some training in customer service. No smiles, no basic courtesy during check-in and check-out—felt like I was staying for free, even though I paid for the room. Another issue was the overstay charge—rm 10 per hour, but no receipt was given. Where does that money go? Feels shady. Rooms different from pictures shown. Hotel's Wi-fi not stable, sometimes got connection sometimes disconnected, outside signal almost gone, so got no really options besides WiFi. Definitely not worth the price with this kind of service. Wouldn't recommend unless improvements are made.

We recently stayed in a family room at this hotel, and it exceeded our expectations in many ways. The kids were delighted by the bunk bed layout, which was a new and exciting concept for them. Both beds were queen-sized, offering ample space and comfort for the whole family. The toilet was clean, though we did spot a few cockroach carcasses, which could be improved. On the bright side, the hot water functioned perfectly. The room seemed newly renovated, clean, and modern, so don’t judge the hotel by its exterior or the shady lift entry—typical of many 3-star hotels. The room’s condition was far better than expected. This hotel is quite far from the city center, making it ideal only for those with their own vehicle. However, its proximity to Midas Mart, a hidden gem of a supermarket that more Singaporeans should explore, was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended for a quick shopping trip! In summary, a great choice for families looking for spacious, clean, and renovated accommodations, provided you have your own transportation.

A waiter at the counter spoke in a rude tone and didn't know anything when asking for something. It was a very bad experience.

Run-down hotel which is not properly maintained. Dusty room with smelly bathroom and hair dryer which does not work.

Good, mudah mudahan petugasnya bisa lebih ramah lagi.

receptionist especially the night shifts guy, very bad behavior and manners. so call lazy and never provide his duty to meet customer needs. conclusion is should change or well trained then allow to serve customer, else will be very bad image for the hotel.

Comfortable and clean good service

Remote TV tidak dapat digunakan. sticker dinding tandas terdapat lubang-lubang, rakan-rakan dapat melihat anda dari luar.
