对于那些带着家人一起住、需要大房间且不长期住宿的人来说，它可能很合适。这家酒店是一座古老的建筑。灯光昏暗。没有电梯，因此必须将行李抬到房间楼层。接待员以我是一名游客为由向我索要每间房 10 令吉的费用，而且没有收据。我订了两间家庭房。去过斗湖几次了，这是我第一次被要求多付钱。希望它有用。

斗湖不错的住宿地点。

No lift. The bedroom floor is dirty and not mopped. Type of an old room & bathroom with only 💡 yellow bulbs, so creepy.

Should repair the toilet's door. I can't close the bathroom.

I stay a night for business trip at here. Bedroom floor was sticky if not wearing shoe. At the midnight when sleep still can hear outside got a bunch people talking and children playing. While at morning downstairs restaurant start operate staff there arrange the chair was very clear to hear from room.

The staff is good. No lift, use staircase. Luckily we get 1st floor. 1 room available only for iron clothes & wash clothes with dryer machine need to pay. Filter water applicable. 3 drinking bottles & towel. No kettle inside room, no cup @ mug @ spoon can use. The bathroom's floor is higher than room, but no water flow out from the bathroom to the room

Staff was help full and good. Internet connectivity not very good. TV channels was limited.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious, the hotel is located in the center of the city and many facilities are nearby.

Staff friendly & helpful. Next time hope the room have brighter light. I stayed at room no. 132. Thank you!

Tv tu klu boleh baiki la. Sudah dua kali check in. Dua kali juga dapet bilik tv rosak.

Toilet a bit dirty. Floor sleepery. No katle. So far still can sleep at here. Need improvement. Thanks.

bagus juga hotel ni biarpun murah, peralatan mandi semua d sediakan. saya recommend kalau yang tidak dapat balik rumah tpksa stay 1 mlm d hotel . cuma tu la ndda lift dan tiada kettle. ada water dispenser cuckoo d sdia kan d luar bilik. keluasan bilik memuaskan hati, mlm banyak parking, berdekatan kedai2 makan, tidak la sunyi sgt, cuma pagi2 memang akan dengar kuali kelentang kelentung tukang masak di bawah ada restorankan. lokasi fajar diatas sabah chicken rice. overall okay saya minta bilik non-smoking room dapat juga biarpun di luar tu mcm terhidu2 bau asap rokok.

Hotelnya nyaman sayang tidak ada keset di kamar jadi saya pakai handuk.

Just okay not so bad. Old furniture and fittings.

The room was very spacious and clean, location is superb right smack middle of the town. Lots of eateries once you walk out from hotel lobby. Air-con good. The downside was no light switches near door main entrance, the only light switch was near the bed, which was so inconvenient. And no charging port near the bed. It 's only available near the table. Room lightning was poor. Pillow so bad, really can throw away. Haha.
