The staff not friendly. They scold you because use the apps. They refused to welcome you as a guest! The reception keep curse you and loud voice until you get the key. I stay there 2 hours the leave the room as not comfortable. No more stay here. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service this hotel. Its suppose to be rumah tumpangan not hotel at all. The staff very rude and not welcoming you, and mumbling. Throw the room key to you like you begging for your room.
