it is our 2nd time in Luks. this time our loft is on the 1st floor. the place was awesome! lots of complimentary food and drinks. they also gave us chocolate cake for returning. however, the water on the pool (which was the main reason we went there) was so cold, specially for my 2 kids. we even ask the hotel staff and said it is the warmest already. our 1st stay there was on the 2nd floor, and the water was way more warmer. we ended up having colds even we only dipped for less than an hour for the whole stay. one more thing, the whole 1st floor of the loft was filled by moist. and it was so slippery everywhere as a result. :(
